My experience was bad. I was planning on buying 15 to 16 gallons of high quality paint. Roughly $1300 in paint and some $200 in supplies. The girl working at the counter didn't act like she wanted to sell the paint. Did not even come around the counter to explain the differences in the 3 higher prices acrylic latex exterior paints. Will not be back . And I am painting the interior later this year. I am sure some other paint retailer will be glad to have my business. Oh and this girl could use some more training in the product and costumer service. I live in Jonesville and wanted to help local business. Oh well.

Gregory needs a pay raise! He just assisted 3 customers simultaneously and got all of us taken care of in less than 30 minutes. I was one of those customers. Excellent customer service.

I recently visited Sherwin Williams and was highly impressed by their service! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, providing excellent advice and recommendations for my painting project. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information I needed to complete my project successfully. Additionally, they were very friendly, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Overall, I would highly recommend Sherwin Williams to anyone in need of valuable insights and quality paint products.

Awesome store. Rob and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and do business the right way. They had a dozen opportunities to upsell me and never did. Great place to start for any DIY painting project in Gainesville.
