Buyer Beware! Went to pick up some Blue Laced Red Wyandotte chicks, the tubs were not labeled and they sent me home with SIlver Laced Wyandottes, I am sure this happens all the time with them.

An employee almost never comes out back to help me load hay when I buy it. I don't have time to wait forever so I usually just load the hay by myself, which I don't mind doing. However the cashiers have been asking lately to show a receipt to an employee out back to ensure hay does not get stolen. Today I waited about 10 minutes for an employee to come out, and then called the store to remind them that I was waiting. Even after calling, no one came out to help me load hay or check my receipt. Like usual I just ended up getting the hay by myself. I tried to respect the instructions of the cashier but ended up wasting a lot of my time waiting for no one. You might have less hay theft if you would be more diligent about sending an employee out back.

When I'm looking for gardening supplies, it's the first place I visit. The items I have bought from them have been quality and fairly priced. They have a very small staff, so expect to wait a while if they are busy.

Can usually find what I need for a reasonable price. Can be hard to get assistance on some days but all in all a good place to shop.
