I’ve been training Muay Thai here for 5 months and I feel that my striking has greatly improved. The atmosphere of the gym is fun and very conducive to learning. The gym has tons of resources, classes, and knowledgeable coaches, creating a great opportunity to apply yourself, have fun, and improve.

Great gym, very welcoming and friendly staff and members. Highly recommend especially if you have no previous experience they will take their time to teach you.Classes offered in the morning and evenings to fit anyone’s schedule

Great gym. Great staff. Lots of options from kickboxing, energentics, massage therapy, muay thai, karate, self-defense, etc.
