119 NW 137th Dr Ste 20, Newberry“Jason and Miranda from State Farm are wonderful people. Jason worked very hard on my policy and Miranda was so efficient and kind and helpful on the phone. My family always used State Farm when I was a child growing up and I remember how safe and confident we always felt.
It’s a shame that everything is going up so much that we have to keep searching around for what we can afford and sometimes are forced to change.
Just want to say thank you Miranda and Jason for a job well done.

“Wow! I've been trying to figure out what and how to say what Cesar did for us. I'm not sure if there are words. At the end of February, we had a MAJOR water leak caused by rats chewing through pex water lines in our attic. Ceiling fell in three different parts of our home within 15 minutes in the early morning hours. We had absolutely NO indicators that we had rats in the attic prior to this.
We called the insurance company as soon as they opened that Friday morning. They sent an adjuster out on Tuesday. He submitted his findings to the insurance company the same day. On that Thursday, we had a small electrical fire in an outlet on our enclosed back porch. Luckily, we were able to extinguish it quickly and cut the power to the rest of the house.
At this point, the insurance company came back with an estimate/offer of around $35,000. Keep in mind, all of our flooring had to be removed. A lot of the trim and drywall had to be removed. About 75% of the ceilings had to be replaced. That's just the tip of the iceberg. The big caveat to their "offer" was that they would only be sending a check for a portion of the amount and we would have to complete half of the work, have it reinspected, and then they would release the rest.
For the amount of work that needed to be done, we would not have been able to do a quarter of it with half of the proposed amount of money. I failed to mention that we are also unhomed at this timed because the power is off, there is no AC, the ceilings are missing (making it even hotter), and we've had to take the majority of our furniture that could be saved to storage. Now we have lodging and storage expenses as well.
In comes Cesar. He was recommended to us by a friend. He came to the house, sat down with us, explained what he does and how it works, took measurements, and video. Within the next day, he had us sign a release giving him permission to deal with the insurance company on our behalf. Within 28 days, he had reached a settlement agreement with our insurance that not only took care of all of our house repairs from the leak, but also a new roof, a travel trailer purchase that allows us to remain on our property while repairs are being done, and a new garage and new front door.
Without hesitation we recommend Cesar for any and all of your insurance claim needs. Let him deal with the numbers and the headaches. He is accessible, always quick to answer phone calls and texts, and reassuring. I was skeptical and anxious about hiring him. Now, I wish we would have done so from the very beginning.”
