Great coaches, friendly & supportive group of people. I started out with just twice a week, it very quickly became an addiction and I now go 4-5 times a week and love every minute of my workouts.

All of the coaches are unique and wonderful! They bring a different style to their coaching that keeps you engaged and although your *dying* it’s in a good way!! I have never felt so strong and empowered before but the athletes in the classes are all so welcoming. It truly is such an awesome community to be apart of!
