DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The employees follow you around the store and the man at the front desk asked me to put my jewelry at the counter about 3 minutes into shopping making it seem like I was trying to steal. In addition, ladies that were basically stalking me through the store had terrible language and were complaining about their jobs. I won't be shopping here again.

The tall male worker was extremely unfriendly… my group almost left due to his rudeness. However, the other guy and the ladies were super helpful. Have a ton of stuff for great prices!

Huge selection. Friendly staff. When I send friends and family New Smyrna Beach swag or visitors ask me where to get it, this is the place.

as soon as we walked in this old woman working there decided that she needed to monitor us from the second we got there. one of our friends tried on a hat and she started shaking her head so when we asked what the problem was she said “are you here to try on cowboy hats or are you here to play around” so after that we walked away from her to go look at other stuff and she continued to follow us. at that point we were over it and made sure the workers knew how unwelcome and unwanted we felt before we left. FIRE HER

Rudest worker/owner ever. Was even about to buy something! I suggest going to one of the other many gift shops in New Smyrna with respectful employees, not here

Owner was extremely rude about parking. We offered to shop there and buy merchandise, and the owner declined and was rude. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from here even for just that reason.

The bar above it burned a couple of nights ago, so it's closed. It was in a great location and had cool souvenirs. We bought a little alligator head (real) for our son. It was slightly expensively.

Bought our beach stuff there and rented a golf cart for an hour. 40 bucks. Free beach entry with rental. Rode down beach and Flagler Ave. Fun.

Just lost couple hundred dollars or more in sales, rude workers. Brought in a large group, yea with children, that we were watching and planned on buying them whatever they wanted. But you had one woman sweeping cussing up a storm about working, man behind the counter giving the biggest attitude. I shouldn't have bought what I did, but the kids had touched it already. Word to the wise- don't put toys at eye level to children, (land don't expect children to touch something like adults do before they buy something. Tell me- when do people buy things without picking it up, and touching it before buying? But you don't expect kids too? Give me a break.We come down here every year, spent 800 at that store last year, and sadly only 50.00 today, and I shouldn't have done that. Next year, we won't even return.

Ok sit Down and ready this one is good. So I get there and it’s a beach outdoor place so I understand we are in Florida very long wait. They have a Rat running through the restaurant. I know what your thinking why didn’t I leave. Well I didn’t. Ordered coconut shrimp and teriyaki pineapple chicken. Sent the shrimp immediately back. Chicken no teriyaki no pineapple chicken over cooked. The only thing good was the server, he was honest and very apologetic. This was a perfect disaster.
