Been here a few times. Last night I got gas which was the cheapest around. A couple milkshakes at 10pm also awesome. And thought we threw my daughters toy away in the trash at the pump which again at 10pm had a brand new trash bag in it so I was able to take everything out and show my wife that I didn't throw it away. I mean the employees here are just awesome.

Waited this am and got this mess. Crumbled overcooked dough. Showed it to a Mgr & she had them redo it. I ordered this often, this is a first. Waited another 20 min.

Keyo sucksssss and I was age profiled here several times for an ID. It's a valid ID, I'm 31; just scan it and move on. Y'all are paid customer service, not the FBI. ?

Do not get diesel here unless you have lots of time to wait. The diesel pumps have problems and there’s nothing telling you until you see how slow it works

This is the 2nd day in a row where wawa has been out of scrambled eggs, resulting in my order incomplete. I am very disappointed. Today instead of scrambled eggs they improvised and asked if an egg omelette was okay for my breakfast bowl, I agreed, but when seeing the portion it was not nearly the same amount as what it would have been. Very disappointing.

Can someone PLEASE do something about the homeless people who sit at the entrance to your store. I wish I would have taken a video of the lady this morning in and out of cars picking up cigarette butts. She was obviously under the influence of some narcotic. Such a bad look for your store to allow this activity in front of your store.

This Wawa isn’t too bad but they always mess up the food and drinks. I don’t know if it’s the crew that just doesn’t care about their jobs or customers but they need to just get a whole new crew. Especially in the evening and in food and drinks. The older woman who makes drinks is so rude and mean. And the one man heavy set man always is slow at making food and doesn’t give you what you ordered. I asked for extra cheese on my fries and I only got barely a scoop. Change up your staff then maybe I’ll give it another try.

Everything is good !! Amazing coffee, food , drinks , and bathrooms . plenty of parking in front or back of store and free air for the tires if you need it .

For a fast including a ton of hot and cold drinks, you can't beat Wawas of New Smyrna Beach. The selection of soups, salads, sandwiches and entrees are enormous. Unbelievable for a gas station! Outside seating. Love it!!!

(1/16/2024) brought my octogenarian mlm to see what the fuss was about the Wawa MTO sandwiches. It was a little overwhelming, but finally chose 2 specialty sandwiches for ease of ordering. The customizable options were just too much. We got a Cuban Panini and a Rustic Italian Ciabatta. They were hot and pretty close representations of their photos. Cuban was more like a pulled pork sandwich with pickles. The warm Italian was surprisingly pretty good, salty as expected, on some crusty and chewy bread. Def reasonably priced. It was busy at lunchtime, seems a popular spot.

This place would be the bees knees if you didn’t allow adult children to roam around the parking lot and the store like their third grade education and their parents money is going to propel them into the cold hard realities of living in this god forsaken country. Gas has been looking real good recently, you guys must’ve struck an executive bill with Biden to allow him to press the “gas cheap” button for this store specifically. If Donald trump was president, he’d press that very special button for every gas station, unlike greedy Biden who intentionally drives up the gas prices to fund his son’s mobile iPhone repair shop business. I like how when gas prices are bad, people throw up stickers saying Biden did that. But now that they’re good, they’ve just found something else no one person has any control over to complain about. These are the kinds of morons that frequent your establishment and god give me strength for the tears I’ve shed simply thinking of ever coming back here again.
