I was shocked at the footage of how an older man who stole a motorized scooter from your store was treated by your employees and I really hope more people say something because that woman should be fired. I understand what he did was wrong but judging his demeanor he wasn't a serial thief. He just needed help getting home. Have a heart. I thought Walmart was supposed to be leaders in helping the elderly and disabled. Shame on you.

Not enough cashier's. Now the place is clogged with stock and stocking personnel. Since they aren't 24 hours and close over night stocking should be completed then. Another issue is all the employees blocking aisles that are doing the picking of online orders for the lazy Americans that are afraid to leave their houses.
Update: getting better but what do you expect?

I dislike having a day off from work to come here and work or wait in line 4-5 deep. I want to be paid if I'm going to work. A small discount on my groceries for being your cashier would be nice

Well stocked and always organized! As far as Walmart goes, the environment and Vibe is just different, and the best way. They have a huge selection of beach items and items for vacationers. The only thing I wish they did better, is to provide more of a selection everyday household essentials for the locals. I still have to go to other stores to get items they do not offer at this location

Always have a hard time using my gift cards and both cashier and manager were not the least bit helpful and they gave me the impression that they didn't want to be bothered.....

I just had the most wonderful experience with a woman manning the phone lines at the New Smyrna Beach location. If all customer service employees had her work ethic and demeanor this world would run much more smoothly! I don't know her name, but just wanted to give a shout out.
Actually, I have never had a bad experience with this location. We rely on curbside pickup and they are really on the ball from picking the order, packing it, and loading it into the car. The staff at curbside are just wonderful; no matter the weather or how many cars are waiting. They get the job done.
New Smyrna Walmart is a great location.
