0 stars for the worlds absolute worst Walmart. The manager is a disgrace to customer service. My fiancé and I drove an hour and half out of our way, after calling ahead to purchase two chairs that were listed online for a reduced price. We were told by an employee that there were two of the chairs in the store and if we were to come to the store rather than purchase online for pick up next day, that the manager would price match the items. When we arrived we were told the complete opposite. Though the chairs were both clearly there, the manager refused to price match the item. We explained the above to the so called store manager, and even mentioned how far out of our way we traveled. We went around in circles with her for quite some time, and she extremely rude and disrespectful. As you can imagine we were frustrated from false information from the employees over the phone, and the lack of understanding from the manager. An anonymous employee who overheard the conversation apologized on her behalf and stated that the manager was being rude and is fully authorized and capable of doing a price match. Beware of this store as their customer service is atrocious!!!

Amazing ordered 3 times while on vacation and perfect. I have never had a problem ordering from Ohio to my bf's address either from this location. I can't say they same for my hometown Walmart.

I Bought a Hart 40Volt leaf blower today. Upon unboxing I found the battery missing. I recieved no help. I simply asked for them to take one from another box and they could get a replacement. They wouldn't. They have my money, The part was missing and all I need is the battery. I call the manufacturer and they said that would be the quickest resoloution also, to make me happy, but nothing so far.

I needed a new battery for my lawnmower. I had my car with me picked up the battery brought it to the cashier, Gary, out in the garden shop. He told me that to get the money back for my car I'd have to go to customer service. I had everything there that he needed. It seems ridiculous that I have to go to the cashier and then go to customer service to get my refund for the core
