Just unbelievable to me that they wont fill a RX 1 day early .. they literally want you to wait untill the last day and run out of meds, I travel for work and will be out of meds for a week now.

I will be filing a formal complaint with the Board. The pharmacist refused to give me the license information knowing it's against the law. Told me the board can #call him and he will give it to them."
Your personal opinions should not hinder someone's ability to get their medication.
Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE.
I've used Pharmacies for 35 years and have never experienced what I've experienced here. They judge you on your prescriptions that they don't even bother reading completely. Instead they treat you like a drug addict. Just choose a different pharmacy never have I experienced what I've experienced here.
Also asked me if I was going to turn in drugs that I paid for that were prescribed to me in order to get my new prescription which is the same Med but a different type. I will be moving our family of fours prescriptions to another Pharmacy because nobody deserves this treatment.

I wish I didn't have to give a 1 star rating but unfortunately I do in order to leave a review, but I will never ever go through walgreens pharmacy for my medication needs EVER again and I wish I never would of went to them in the first place Laura the pharmacist is rude and malicious and I truly hope she sees this. You kept my medication from me and caused it to be canceled for absolutely no reason what so ever and refused to allow me to talk to Rita when I was already talking to her. I am contacting the better business bureau and the news channel on walgreens 1800 FL 44 New Smyrna Beach and I have your NPI number!

After moving here took at least 3 attempts to try to get scripts transferred. Every time a different story. Now that everything has finally been transferred it seems always out of stock, at least that’s what I’m told, on most common meds. Every time I need something refilled or need a new script takes 3 days at least to fill.

Hello Walgreens, on Saturday, September 9th I went there to pick up my wife's prescription for her. My wife is disabled and can barley move. The pharmacist manager, Laura L. informed me that she could not give me the prescription because it is against DEA protocol to give prescriptions out with a PO Box as an address. Obviously, this is the first I am ever hearing about this and told the pharmacist manager. I told her that I have been receiving the prescription for months now (this is for my wife) and provide the pharmacy team the PO Box address since we moved here - had no issues at all. So Laura L said she never caught it and now can't release it. She said to have the doctor call in the new address. So, confirmed with the doctor and new address was provided. But, Laura said she talk with the doctor and still could not release it. So, Walgreens, your pharmacy violated DEA protocol by giving us my wife's prescription numerous times. Sounds like you need a new pharmacist manager. My wife went without her prescription over 36 hours, and was in enormous pain. Wanted to say thank you for that, and you lost our business. Between our normal shopping inside of Walgreens and our prescriptions, both mine and my wife's you are losing thousands of dollars per month. You can thank Laura L for that. Also, we filed a complaint with the DEA on Laura L's breaking DEA regulations. I am interested to hear back from you.

I still can’t get over how friendly and helpful Taly was in the photo area. I had a banner printing and while I was waiting I observed her being soooooo helpful and kind to other customers. She took care of me and was so patient. I had a difficult request. There needs to be more people like her in our world. Thank you!!!

Love this Walgreens clean store pharmacy is pretty quick and friendly people.the front check out only having one person checking out people when they are busy is very inconvenient. Waited 15 minutes in line to get checked out. Plus they are very slow.
