If I could give this location zero stars, she would get it. The lady who runs this post office used to be nice but seems to have gone bitter. She lacks the people skills needed to run a post office. Her demeanor towards customers should not be tolerated in a great town like NSB. I am Positive she would rather lock her door and not have to spend her breathe mailing your package…FOR CASH ONLY. The United States Postal Service should look into how this location is being run because I can Bet it is not making a dime. Do yourself a favor, go to the mainland office and they will greet you with a smile and treat you kindly.

Very hind to find , no sign, there is a red white and blue wind sock down by the corner. I walked up and down tge street a couple times. Even the fed guy parked out front wasn't exactly sure where it was. Bought stamps cash only got yelled at cuz I had to change how many I had money for,Went today to mail letter. Open at b 9. 945 4 people waiting for it to openNo out side drop. Definitely one of the USPS that is causing federal bail outs.Isn't there some kind of oversight for this mis managed pist office?

It would be faster if you just tried to deliver your package by horse. No larger package drop box, so you have to stand in line while the workers have conversations with bored old people. Its apparently 1794, since they still don't take credit/debt payments. Just go to another post office, unless you're a bored old person, then you can stand in line and chat inconsiderately for however long you want, no matter how many customers are standing there in the line behind you. I don't understand how this place is even in business.

Worse customer service Ive ever received at a post office. You'd think the customer service would be high in a neighborhood like this and considering the fact that this is super small location that not busy.... Think again

I would put lower if I could. Lady never opens on time. See saw me in front of the door and put sun screens inside her car. Then stopped to talk to store owner next door. She makes you wait until she is good and ready. She only takes cash. .?? Wonder why. She limits the change of address she gives to you to only two. Customer service is an idea she doesn't know

This is without doubt the worst post office in the country. Lived here 10 years and I absolutely hate to go there. Rude from top down. We've lived in 9 different places and never had the experience you suffer through at the Mission Road post office.
