I went in yesterday, and although I received good service the last time I was there, the Spectrum internet was down, and I saw all the employees sitting down and almost seemed to want to close down the store. I was able to give my pre labeled Amazon return to one of the employees, who was wearing a mask ( face diaper), and I found that concerning so far away from the " scam" demic and the many studies which have found no definitive benefits to withholding oxygen and concentrating high and toxic levels of acidic CO2 into your lungs. It's like trying to keep mosquitoes out of your yard with 3 chain link fences . It is also very impersonal to many and violates the American for Disabilities Act since deaf customers can't read lips to communicate.
It also hides smiles and very important body language that is essential for young children to communicate and help in their communicative and brain development.
If that person feels she has such a compromised immune system or is afraid of other people's germs and possible contagious status, perhaps she shouldn't be working around the public?. I hope she finds courage to believe in her own immune system and strengthen it through sunlight, exercise, good diet, and getting sick to increase her OWN natural immunity

I had a fantastic experience this morning. Jim helped me and was informative, efficient, calm, and helpful. The whole store had a calm feeling to it. I really appreciate these types of positive customer service experiences where the associate is so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!

Outstanding customer service. I’m relatively new to the area and have been frequently to this store. The employees are very courteous and helpful. On more than one occasion, Sharon has stepped up to assist me. Having recently moved to the neighborhood, I’ve been going to this store often….Sharon & team - THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

This place has to be the worst ups store.
These idiots need to learn customer service
The old lady that helped me was a moron and shouldn't be working.
Do not go to this place a bunch of morons work here.

I live local
I spend my money local
EXCEPT FOR THIS PLACE
I recommend you do the same.

Have been here twice now. Usually go to Daytona but this location is more convenient for me. I was in and out quickly and parking wasn’t an issue. The employees were not as nice/helpful as the store in Daytona but so far no one has been rude or unprofessional as others have mentioned. Only had 2 returns each time though so that may have something to do with it. I’ll update this if anything changes.

This is a great UPS store. all the employees are amazing and I got to know Denise a little bit and she’s the best. They process a lot of packages, so be patient and kind. I don't understand any of the poor reviews.

Wow. I have returned Amazon packages before at UPS store, but never this location. When the employee saw I had 5 items to return her response was "oh God" (older woman with grey and colorful hair in braids) . She then told me I had to buy boxes from them. The items were still in the plastic packages I received them in

Just had the best customer service here. C.C. who runs the Amazon returns desk could not have been more helpful. She repacked my shipment (rolled up carpet) to be sure it would be accepted. So friendly and pleasant.

This is the most horrible UPS I have ever experienced. The female owner is the worst I have ever encountered. She has no customer service skills what so ever. I have never had a positive experienced here. I get anxiety when I HAVE to go there as a last minute resort, because I always get a rude employee or the rudest employee.I now go to the little hardware store that an elderly man owns on US 1 in Edgewater and if he is closed, I now go all the way to Port Orange to drop off all my UPS packages. You will always be greeted with a smile and a hello.Do the owners train these people to be hateful?I am sure this review will have a response from the store, that will be acopy and paste response to make it look like they will talk to their employees.Also, for people that park at the curb to drop packages off, as I have seen as many as 5 cars parked there, I am disabled and I use the handicap parking or other parking spaces no matter what. as where those people park is a FIRE LANE. Which leads customers to have to walk around them. I do not know the rules of the city if UPS can tell customers to not park there. It would help all the other people that follow the rules.If you want to ruin your day, drop on in at this location. The owners need to be retrained in customer service.Good bye UPS of NSB

The most important customer is the one standing front of you. One out of five employees was helping customers while the other 4 were “working” on other things. Long line of customers to the door, but none of the other employees even looked up to realize they should be helping the one lady who was at the register taking customers. Ridiculous lack of customer service!!!
