  I had a fantastic experience this morning. Jim helped me and was informative, efficient, calm, and helpful. The whole store had a calm feeling to it. I really appreciate these types of positive customer service experiences where the associate is so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!

  Outstanding customer service. I’m relatively new to the area and have been frequently to this store. The employees are very courteous and helpful.   This is a great UPS store. all the employees are amazing and I got to know Denise a little bit and she’s the best. They process a lot of packages, so be patient and kind. I don't understand any of the poor reviews.
