I found out my valve stem was cut on my golf cart. I called Tire Kingdom to see if they could repair it. He said come on down and we’ll get you fixed up. I arrive at the store and they meet me at the door. Takes the tire from me fixes it within three minutes and sends me on my way. Outstanding service. Highly recommended!!! Thank you!!!!!

Don't call and expect a correct answer. This is not directed at this particular location per se but my experience calling the stores listed phone #.
My wife had a flat on her way to work. I went to her car to take the tire off for repair or replacement. This location was the closest tire shop by far as it was about 2 miles down the road. When I called I explained the situation and asked if they could get us in and out so she could still go to work the person said they were not busy at all and to come in. When I arrived at the store the 2 employees working the counter gave me a befuddled look like I made up the conversation over the phone. Come to find out the call I made to the local store was directed to a call center which in fact has no idea the actual wait time. At the store the employees told me they were slammed and it would be a few hours. I left and found a small shop not too far away that got us in and out.

Connor was awesome. And they were able to fix the nail I had in my tire very efficiently. Definitely will be going back here for a tire rotation soon and anything else I might need. ?
