Froze & closed my account due to me deposting a check as a favor for someone. TD said check was allegedly bad. I was unaware the check was no good or I wouldn't have deposited the check into my account. TD never called nor told me my account was frozen. I found this information due to I couldn't access my online banking, I called and was told about the issue with the check. MY ACCOUNT was then sent to fraud department as if I was the problem! The person writing the check is not at fault, I am??? Wow. TD as well sent my IRS refund back without my knowledge.Horrible customer service. I will let anyone know that inquires about TD. Zero stars.

The lady I seen tried her best to do everything to help me open a account but I have on that is closed and I owed 14.97 so I had to pay it to open my account Good job TD Bank

Left Launch in Edgewater due to check cashing issues, ATM being down 24/7 for the better part of 2 years now, and went to TD to cash the weird pseudo check I was mailed from a failed attempt at cashing my payroll check I had been cashing there for 3 yrs plus. Once in TD the manager approached me when I mentioned that I had called. She very happily with a smile jumped into action telling me ' course I remember you John'! She then proceeded to cash my weird check I had issue with at launch and even waived the 10.00 cashing fee usually added for a non member. I am already a new member of TD, and want to say, if you have ever wanted a bank that tries at perfection, but at the same time knows perfection is impossible in a realistic life setting. They are understanding, they listen, they CARE. That makes a bank transform from a cold vault that stores my money for me, to a trusted family like feeling if leaving your money in trusted hands that care about your financial outcome(even though banks in general don't give me that warm fuzzy feeling) it's worth noting that TD bank in edgewater welcomes you, and treats you like family!

I came into New Smyrna TD this morning to get a hold removed off my secured credit card account. This is the 4th time I’ve tried to have my funds released. Its been a painful process. Sonya Saunders helped me and she was terrific. She went to bat for me, spending an hour on the phone and I just had to shout her out. Thank you Sonya ! And all the staff in New Smyrna.

Customer service sucks! The girl i delt with in the drive thru was extremely lazy and rude! I'm not a customer of this bank however I've been making deposits here for over 9 yrs, never had this experience before, but i wont be back.

I don't see how anyone can give TD Bank anything less than a 5 star review. The employees at the New Smyrna Beach branch are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, and the same goes if you have to call the 800#. Two yrs ago our card was hit at a gas station pump and they covered it. Last Tuesday on November 8th 2022, a fraud company tried to withdraw almost $700 from our account and TD didn't approve it and called us. MYHUSBAND AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BANK

I have been trying to shut off my credit card for 3 weeks now and they kept giving me every type of excuse and now I’m moved out of the state still trying to cancel and they said you should’ve done it before you moved like no I tried and you guys did nothing to help me. They gave me an 800 number to call but when I get through to someone they say they can’t help me and I have to talk to branch like this is ridiculous. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank I would not suggest banking here.

Went to make a deposit at the atm. It took my check and my card and then shut off so I couldn’t get either back. I asked the woman at the counter for help and she told me there was nothing she could do. I asked if she could give me the phone number for card customer service and she said “the phone number is on the back of your card” and walked away.
