My experience with space coast has been almost perfect. I've had a couple of snafus here and there in the past couple of years, but then good customer service fixes it and makes me feel better. They are usually very customer friendly.I would really really like to give credit to Kyle in the Walmart branch. Because he really is always very kind, compassionate, professional, helpful, etc. and redeems my confidence in the security of my assets being held by SCCU. There have been a couple reallt great phone reps as well. I wish i could remember their names.

I love banking with Space Coast, they're always friendly with fast service. Although I do feel the need to mention one teller, I'm not sure of her name but she is an older woman with glasses and I always have an issue with either speed of service or accuracy. She is kind but it should not be acceptable having someone deal with peoples money when they are messing up.

I opened two accounts with them for my children to have savings accounts and I recently applied for a HELOC with them and the experience has been horrific. It has been over a month and getting anything done is like pulling teeth. I always get the response that someone will call you tomorrow or it should be ready tomorrow, but no call back and nothing done. Worst experience ever with any financial institution.
