I don’t know what is going on with the deli department lately?
We used get subs regularly years ago and then stopped because of inconsistency , that was the time of waiting your turn and watching them make it to your preference, even watching and telling what you wanted when you got home it was not right for some reason??
Started to get subs at other places for a long time.
Well, after Milton hit after a few days we were starving and heard pubix was open but only for minimum items which was fine and totally understandable and we were so happy just to find something to eat, so we grabbed 2 already made chef salads and they tasted so good ! So we decided a few days later to try subs and I ordered them through the store app and they were very good ? !
So we were hooked!?
My husband and I work crazy hours and eat at different times so a sub is perfect.
Then the second order was wrong and we just let it go , and then the fourth order was wrong and called and they made it right for the next time, and then the next and the next…. WRONG! The only time it’s right is when I call the manager before I place the online order and they have to go to the deli and make sure they get it right! Ordered again 11/11 online without calling first and guess what? WRONG!
I feel like a serial sub scammer with all the remaking/ refunds!
All I want is to order, pick up and be happy!

One star is for the Pharmacy. I've been using Publix for 40+ years this one is the absolute worst. Half the time don't have stuff or have it stocked. People at deli act like you're inconveniencing them. And checkout!! Nightmare!

I was unaware of the closing time & the Produce manager was closing up. He found my friend & I letting us know politely that we'd over stayed. He left it at that & let it be our decision to get it in gear & let them go home.
