Very friendly and helpful staff! Tiana was my cashier today…great attitude, very conscientious and friendly. Made sure my groceries were properly bagged. She was quick and extremely efficient!! Publix needs to hold onto her!!

Huge thanks to Joseph at NSB Publix beach side. We dropped our grapes while loading our car and he saw it happen and immediately ran inside and brought us a new pack! This is why we shop at Publix…people like Joseph with amazing customer service!

Blacks shopping there. Had the worst experience there today. The deli got my order completely wrong and acted as if it was my fault. Never even got to speak to a manager. One was paged to the front but never came so I left. Had been on hold for over 15 minutes before that

Love the staff at Publix Liquors on 44. Always nice to see familiar faces while purchasing my favorite spirits. Always knowledgeable about products and even gotten to know them on a personal level just like one of my family members.

Please enforce mask wearing in your store and limit capacity of customers. Employees wearing masks are not enough. Please set a good example of safety standards for our community as COVID-19 numbers rise in our area during the busy summer season. So many out of town folks are bringing their germs to our Publix when they go to the beach. It’s the least we can do to protect our community.
