Point is that I travel from Orlando to New Smyrna Beach to have our Q7 worked on or serviced when needed. They are honest and upfront with your issues. Can’t beat their prices or workmanship. They have vast working knowledge and experience. I have no hesitation inquiring about purchasing a new or used Audi because I trust they will advise an honest yes OR no.

These folks are awesome Kristen and Angie great people helped me with my daughters Audi q5 had to re program a new ac control unit don’t go to Audi of Orlando they will tell you crazy money park ave Audi vw service did the whole job for a 3 rd of what Audi of Orlando quoted me over the phone and got it fixed 2 weeks before Orlando could get me in 5 stars ??

We have been using Park Ave Motors for a few years. We own a 2013 VW Touareg that had a sheared bolt which held the subframe front end to the frame of the car (unknown at the time found it laying in the driveway while backing out). Called Park Ave before going, but without an appointment Park Ave put the car on the lift and located the problem. Sheared bolt still in frame, with a special tool extracted the remaining broken portion of the bolt from the frame and installed a new bolt, correcting the issue. Not only did Park Ave complete this without an appointment I was in and out in less than an hour and the bill was more than fair. Park Ave went above and beyond what I have experienced from other auto repair facilities and would highly recommend them for any VW/AUDI repairs/service.

we were having an issue with our daughter's Volkswagen Passat. Made the mistake of taking it to Firestone where it was diagnosed with needing a new brake booster. Wanting a second opinion, we contacted Park Avenue Motors where we had really great service previously. We should have called here first obviously. They worked us in late on a Saturday afternoon when they were closed to help us. After an inspection, a hose needed to be replaced, Less than $100 and we were on our way home saving over $750.Professionalism, honesty, and superior workmanship are hard to find individual qualities in automotive repair establishments, Park Avenue Motors exhibits all three of those qualities. Many kudos to you!!

I had a great experience with Park Avenue Motors. They had me come in right away to see what I might need to repair my car and it turned out to be a fairly quick fix. They were gracious, professional, and friendly. I drove away that day with a car that is good as new! I will be calling Park Avenue Motors for all of my repairs and other maintenance in the future. A well deserved five stars!!
