Excellent Experience! New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership made purchasing a vehicle a breeze and hassle-free. I was very pleased with the service I received and I would not hesitate to return in the future for another vehicle. I can’t say enough about Dan Gallogly. He was excellent throughout the whole process. He never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable in any way. He is a good salesman. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted for a good price. I recently bought a new Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. My salesperson, Missy, was probably the best car salesperson I've ever worked with. She didn't use any pressure tactics, but instead offered many options based on what she heard me saying I was looking for and being fully upfront about everything. I went home the first night to sleep on it and reached out to her by phone a couple of times that night with questions, and never once did she push me in anyway. One of the options she suggested was the upgrade option of the one-touch top now offered on Jeep. Fortunately, I ended up buying a Jeep with this option, and couldn't be more thankful to Missy because once you've had a one-touch top Jeep I guarantee you'll never go back to another top option on a Jeep. I actually told Missy she should have pressured me into the one-touch it was that good. But again, she presents and explains your options and allows you to comfortably decide. Since my purchase I stop in and share Jeep stuff with Missy who is almost like a friend at this point. I highly recommend this dealership, Missy, and by all means a Jeep with the one-touch top!!!! ;-)

Our salesman, Simo, was absolutely fantastic. I took my daughter there to buy an older used car for her to learn to drive on and he was so enthusiastic about getting her excited to buy the car. He demonstrated the features of the car with expertise and cheerfulness. He even replaced a blown interior lightbulb that we didn’t notice until we were about to drive it home. The car was completely prepped with everything from new brakes, oil, filters and wipers to a complete detailing and polish. It is a 2009 with 142,000 miles car but it probably hasn’t been that clean since it was new. And a full tank of gas to boot. Dealer fees are dealer fees, but they really earned it prepping this car.

Tom my service provider was INCREDIBLE. My last time at this location, I didn't have a good experience...and it really put me off returning...I procrastinated and missed much needed oil changes because of this. Tom was kind, helpful, communicative and all around changed my perception of this location. Thank you!

*PLEASE READ ***I bought a 2013 F150 platinum that only had 83,000 miles on it very clean truck. A few days after buying the truck I noticed my AC would not shut off at all. It was constantly running no matter what I did it would not turn off I did contact the dealership about this problem they contacted me back, but didn’t say much. I contacted them again about that part and they never contacted me back. so I had to replace a part called the climate control module, and that fixed the problem I was having with the AC not turning off that part was $30 while I was fixing that part, I was looking at other things on the truck. I pop the hood and noticed the coolant was bone dry so I bought and put coolant into the truck. About a week later my truck wouldn’t start it was because of the battery, the battery was from 2016. I spent $200 on a battery while I was replacing my battery. I noticed that the coolant was bone dry again. At first I thought I didn’t put enough coolant in so I put more and filled it to the line a few days I went to go check it, and the coolant was bone dry again. I contacted the dealership three times. I waited for somebody to call me back, but nobody called me a few days I called myself and spoke to the manager his name was Chuck. I told him everything that I have replaced so far within 30 days of having this truck. I haven’t even had it for 20 days while all of this happened. Chuck told me that they would diagnose it for free. The day goes by and they call me saying that one of my turbos is leaking coolant and that it’s going to cost me 5,000 or more. I spoke to chuck about this and he said that they are not helping me. I did not have a warranty on this truck and I did buy it as but I didn’t even get to have this truck for 30 days I’m having all of these problems. I was trying to explain to chuck that I do not have any help with fixing this truck. They let this truck leave the dealership with the coolant leak and they had to of known it was leaking if they serviced this truck I’m very disappointed I had a good experience at first buying the truck, but this is the worst and most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. Chuck that I dealt with through all of this is a very disrespectful person and very unprofessional he should be fired. I really hope that a lot of people see this and do not go to this dealership.

Through any ordering process, communication is key. Between the Ram app and Tom Nicholson my salesman, I was kept well informed on my build. He was also well aware of my concerns and saw to me having no disappointments. Very pleased with the entire process. Thank you to all involved with my purchase.

Great dealership! Good location just off of the interstate. Helpful sales staff not pushy. Comfortable showroom. Went in to look at a vehicle for my wife and ended up buying a different car for myself. My sales rep, Mauro was a wealth of information and made sure the process went effortlessly including follow up phone calls. Would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing experience today buying a brand new 2024 jeep! Everyone was very kind and explained everything thoroughly before purchase. They showed me everything on the vehicle and was very attentive to my needs. Simo is who I dealt with today and he was amazing! The car is absolutely beautiful and is perfect! I very much highly recommend this dealership! Best buying experience ever!

I had the pleasure of buying a new jeep from Thomas at new symrna jeep just a few weeks ago and it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever experienced in my life. Thomas is a true professional and not only does he know his job inside and out but he leaves you alone to look at vehicles and isn’t pushy or in the way when you are trying to decide on options and styles. My recent visit to this New Smyrna dealership was far from satisfactory. I had hoped for a smooth and accommodating experience when purchasing a car, but unfortunately, that was not the case.Firstly, I requested a brief break to visit my house to clean out the contents of my trade-in However, I was met with resistance, as they implied the car might be sold if I left without finalizing the finances. This left me feeling pressured and uncomfortable.Furthermore, there were specific details on the car I was purchasing that needed attention, and I had requested a thorough detailing. To my disappointment, none of these issues were addressed, and the car was not cleaned as expected.When I raised concerns about the wiper blades, which were streaking, I was met with dismissive responses and clear frustration. They insisted that the blades had passed inspection and even suggested I purchase replacements myself at an auto parts store.This overall experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and it was far from the level of service I had anticipated when choosing this dealership. I hope this feedback can lead to improvements in customer satisfaction.

I got windshield wipers 3 weeks before I went in there for some other work and they told me I needed windshield wipers they don't help you with your warranties they don't even call them in after they lie to you and say they did... absolutely worst customer service overall the finance people are nicer than anybody there

We recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from the dealership about 8 months ago. We had an issue with the water pump and had to take it in for service. The dealership stands by their product and very quickly handled the warranty issue. All of our service was covered under power train warranty with no problems at all. The staff was very kind and took care of the issue quickly. Recommend this dealership highly to anyone looking for a new or used car.
