We met for a test drive and he worked to get my paperwork and payments to fit my budget. He was very knowledgeable and professional and made the purchase of my new truck a pleasurable experience.

Joe Lena, the Sales Executive that assisted me was very professional, very responsive to all of my questions through the whole experience purchasing a truck at New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet. I was full of questions, and Joe took the time to answer each of my questions and was very patient with me. Joe was down to earth, easy to talk with and down to earth. Joe worked with me and found my a truck that best fit my budget.The finance department and the rest of the staff there were very polite and courteous towards me, making me feel like I was family there. New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet environment was happy, cool and very inviting to be at.Post sale, Joe has reached out to me several times by phone calls and emails, ensuring that I am happy with the purchase and if I had any questions he could answer for me. Horrible customer service told them we got told from a mechanic that we had lower voltage but still a good battery engine light went on and car started doing weird stuff and the car is under warranty as well so all they did was put a battery tested on it and said yea we recommend changing the battery tried charging me $320for a $165 battery on there website and another 100 for labor and in the end made us pay a $199 diagnostic fee which every other dealership is $150-$160 just to tell us that it may fix the car if we replace the battery and then at checkout I told her I just wanted to pay and leave because she didn’t offer to help us at all and I said dang I could picked up a battery tester myself for $200 and she through on another charge of $25 for shop tools it says on my receipt the service manager there doesn’t know what she’s talking about and doesn’t know how to deal with customer service. So out the door I’m paying $237 for a maybe putting in a new battery would fix my car

I am very pleased with my purchase! I delt with Andrew and Mario and they was both up front and great on everything. Everything was very professional and in order. They give me what I wanted on my trade even in spite of higher milage and the vehicle I purchased was exactly as described on their web site. I made my purchase all online they delivered it to my door I signed the final paper work in my own home and everything was complete in about 5-6 minutes. I will definitely be back

I went in to the new Smyrna Chevrolet dealership to have a key cut and key fob programmed on my 2017 Chevrolet Corvette. I was greeted promptly and in no time at all, had the car in a service bay. The service advisor. Jeff had noted wear on my rear tires so suggested that it be put on the rack to check alignment. Fortunately, he caught this as it was out of alignment and saved me premature wear on my tires. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and maintenance performed is exceptional.

What a great experience! After having my car at another shop, twice, for the same issue, I took it to them. Kitty listened intently and took notes as I gave her all the info regarding symptoms, work done, parts changed, etc. I got a call the next day with a diagnosis, total cost, and time frame. I was a bit apprehensive since the last shop. I relented and told them to proceed. The very next morning at 8:30am I got a text that my car was ready! It has run perfectly ever since! Major kudos to this group!

My husband and I had been looking for a new car for weeks. After being subjected to haggling, games, and immature professionalism from other dealerships, my husband came across this dealership where he found his car! First off, let me say that Anthony is the man you want to do business with! He was honest, genuine, and prompt with responses. He kept his word and made a 2 hour drive worth it for the Moutons! If you are the first person to call the dealership, I can guarantee he will be the one to answer. This dealership is completely unprofessional and incompetent. First time I dealt with them I had a flat on my 2023 Corvette C8. Despite a couple of conversations with Jim in service in which I told him that my car came with summer performance tires and not run flats he decided that he knew better than me and ordered the wrong tire and installed it. After driving over 500 miles in my car I noticed that the left front tire did not match. Which is not good for the car. On that first visit I watched one of the mechanics get in my car and sit on my white leather seat in his coveralls with no plastic cover applied to the seat. Apparently he didn’t know I was there watching. I was in complete disbelief and made a complaint. My second interaction was yesterday when I brought my C8 in for an oil change. I mentioned that they needed to protect my seat before entering the vehicle and explained what had happened last time. They assured me it would e done. Then I walked out to see my car being worked on and watched the mechanic sit in my car with you guessed it…NO SEAT COVER!!! My car cost $100,000 and to see it treated this way was appalling. Clearly they have no F###’s to give. I complained again but it won’t make any difference. Next time I will drive 2.5 hours to the dealership in Punta Gorda where they had respect for my car and me.

The car buying experience at this dealer was fantastic. I contacted them initially through CARFAX and they were very responsive. I ended up traveling there to look at a car and everyone was friendly, helpful, and never pushy. Joe L was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience stress-free. The purchase paperwork was straightforward and fairly quick. I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

I’m a new Chevy owner and had brought my Colorado in for its first routine maintenance. While everyone involved was friendly and helpful, I found Assistant Service Manager Jeff Kiel to be particularly friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was impressed, and I’ll be sure to return to the dealership for future maintenance.
