lasted 6 months cant get a hold of them they don't honor their warranty even if its installed properly they will send the part with paper on how to install with out voiding warranty it does not matter they don't care I called 25 times I am calling PayPal and putting a hold on there account

I have purchased several a/c systems from Michael. We are completely satisfied with the performance . We had problems with one unit. Michael replaced it very promptly
