Charisma was extremely helpful and went above and beyond her responsibility to please the customer.....She really extended her talent to explaining and showing the customer how to make adjustments on the phone. A very well trained and friendly employee!!!!

I went down to new Smyrna with phone problems could not get on the Internet and charisma helped me out got it all cleared up and was very polite respectful very helpful went above and beyond I tell you what that girl deserves a raise she is the queen of customer service thanks charisma your an amazing life saver.

Well,, i had lost my A54 last nite, but had my old A 32,, stoped into the Metro, store in NSB Fl, where i was greeted by ms, charizma, n mr, Sam,, they were VERY HELPFULL,, and helped me lock down any security issue's i was concerned about,,
