“My wife and I stopped in here this afternoon and we were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the quality, selection, and the prices. If you're looking for furniture, paintings, lamps, an abundance of knickknacks. I think they have a good selection of scented oils also. The staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the comfortable furniture, and the friendly conversation. Don't be fooled by the buildings appearance it is bigger than it looks. If your decorating stop here first.”

“I just bought a mattress tonight on 10/23/24. Jonathan and Renee were my sales people are were wonderful. I stayed in the store for around 2 hours testing out an ultra firm and tight top firm matress . In no way was I rushed, I wasn't pressured. Jonathan Did not pressure me to buy that night. The reason I was able to was because the other Store card was almost full and I was afraid of doing another credit check to pull down my score. Jonathan was able to do a soft credit pull and I was approved and then we did a hard one and I bought the bed. The other store I was considering buying from couldn't do a soft credit pull. Besides Business Jonathan and Renee were very honest with me, sold me the proper equipment Asured me a price guarntee ( if my mattress goes on sale they will honor it.) over all it was a wonderful expereince buying from Mattress firm.
My situcation is such. I'm getting a refund from another store for a bed I already bought. ( the same mattress model I just bought from Mattress Firm.) I'm getting it because of unfair policy issues, sales agent attiude problems, and being sold the wrong item, then trying to up sell me. Thanks to Google and BBB I'm getting my money back from that store. Mattress firm made this very easy for me. If things go badly with the other store I can cancel, I can give 24 hour notice of a delivery change. I was also assured that within a 120 days if there is any type of defect ( not caused by me they will stand by it.) After the 120's it's under the manufacture descresion. Well with the other company after 11 days they would not honor a coil problem as a defect, pobsibly due to the type of frame the other company'sagent sole me.
Enough of my problems. I highly recomend the New Smyma Mattress firm. They are honest, they seem to care, there was no pressure on how long I was trying the beds and no pressure to buy. Thank you so much Jonathan and Reneee for listening to my story with the other bad company, but more so making this buying experence a excllent one. Looking forward for a long lasting positive business relationshiop.”
