I made an appointment to get an estimate for rust repair and painting the roof of my van. After waiting two weeks, I called them to check on the estimate and was told it had been lost in the computer. I told them again what I wanted done, and they apologized and asked me to stop by again. When I arrived for the second time, I was told that they did not do rust repair and were slammed with insurance work. I am not sure why they couldn't have told me that during the three previous phone calls and previous visit.

Had recent body repair at Liberty Collision. Work was professionally and satisfactorily completed in a reasonable time frame and for a reasonable price. It is hard these days to find competent people who say what they mean, mean what they say, and do what they say they're going to do. This company seems to do just that.
