Took my Rolex in almost 2 years ago to be repaired. We checked back every few weeks, but there was always a reason that it was not ready! He would always say that it was almost ready! Said it would be ready in 3 weeks! He had my ROLEX for 10 months at least! When we got it back, the clasp wouldn’t hold! We didn’t dare take it back. Then it wouldn’t keep time for more that a day or two! Now it won’t keep time at all. This is why we took it there in the first place! Over $700 to not repair my watch!! I keep reading these reviews. Same case scenario!! over and over, NEVER AGAIN

I took a pair of fine and old Venezuelan earrings to weld the stick (pin) on Dec 29, 2022 and I haven’t got my earrings back. I stopped by and they told me that because of the holidays there was a delay!!!! Two and a half month delay to fix the pin of a earring????. I am really disappointed with the service. I just hope to get my earrings back they were a gift for a very special person.

My experience with this business has been fantastic!! David the owner has made several pendants for my relatives as gifts and has exceeded my expectations every time combining the stone with an attractive, stunning setting. He was able to create beautiful necklaces and re -purpose older jewelry on a timely basis for a reasonable cost. The husband and wife team ( very upbeat and charming) are very passionate about their business and treat customers well. Don't ever bring a clock in for repair to this business. This man had my mother's Old Mission Grandfather clock for five, yes five years. I periodically stopped in and asked about it and The Owner said " the parts are hard to find. I've got it working now. Had it chiming last night. Just have to make fine tune adjustments to the pendulum." I said " I can make the pendulum adjustments." He replied "I almost have it ready not much longer." Meanwhile my mother died on year three. I tried many times to just pick up the clock. Five years later I demanded the clock back. The man did absolutely nothing, NOTHING to repair the clock. No pendulum, nothing EXCEPT he "lost" the clock hands. So the "chiming, fine tune adjustments," were BOLD FACE LIES. The clock had its two original hands when I dropped it off. All it needed was a pendulum. I have the pendulum arm just locate a pendulum. It took five years to get it back covered in dust. I'll never see the clock hands again. He took my mother's immaculate clock and gave it back in worse shape than he received it. I lovingly cleaned the dust off and the clock is back in my dining room no clock hands, no pendulum. Silenced forever. A daily reminder of The Owner's ineptitude and deceit. I for one will never give this man my business again.

I went in to have one QZ TINY stone replaced in my ring, it took them WEEKS. I was looking at 3 other rings and my husband was looking at a ring he really liked. When I went to pick up my ring that was having the repair done for WAY too much $, he found the EXACT ring he wanted. The woman (not the owner) showed us in the book that it's $68. However, The owner called us back, she tacked on $300 and wanted $370 for it! It's not even gold or silver! We got it elsewhere and for MUCH less.. And I really LOVED these three rings and was gonna get one, till I saw that she marks everything up 3,000 percent! NO THANKSSSSSS! RIP. OFF. STORE. Socks bc I really loved those diamond rings but they can't be trusted.

I walked into the store while on the way to shopping at publix and Kirsten told me she may be able to repair and replace a battery for my gshock watch from the Army that has been in the drawer for over 5 years. She was able to fix in within the same day and I have been enjoying my old days ever since. I can not thank them enough for helping me.
