“We rented the handicap accessible room and let me just tell you that this place was amazing. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were very accommodating and anything we needed the sweet lady that was walking around cleaning the rooms was more than helpful to help us out with anything that we needed The manager of the hotel or I don’t even want to call it a hotel because it’s like living at your own house was more than happy to text message me back and reach out to me and see if there was anything that we needed. I wish I could’ve taken that kitchen home, but besides that we will definitely be coming back I will give this more than a five star rating if I could because this place was just wonderful and they went out of to make sure that all of us were very comfortableRooms: The rooms were amazing, very large very easily accessible”

“Amazing,on the oceanfront, reasonable price,good food. You just can't find places like this anymore. Don't tell anyone else about it, because they will all want to come and ruin it.”

“We only stayed one night so couldn't take advantage of the pool but enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a view of the ocean, which also ovelooked the pool. The suite is exactly as photos showed. Everything you need is there should you choose to cook. Any questions were quickly answered via text number provided. There is no elevator so if mobility issues are a problem, just be aware.”

“Very bad experience. Alot of things are wrong with this hotel. The good first:*There is ample parking close to the hotel.*The view and proximaty to the beach is good.Those were the only good points sadly.The bad*The room and especially the bathroom was not clean. There was alot of female brown hair lying all over the place.There was even clothing from the last guests on the balcony. Including underwear...*The lighting was beyond thoughtless. There are no light fixtures in the ceiling eventhough the switches are in the wall for it. You get stand alone lamps with an insanely bright white light. Very unpleasant to look at and completly inpractical.*The bedrooms do not have a window. So no fresh air for you!*The breakfast is a la carte, bad & expensive.*The rooms and especially those adjascent to a bathroom are insanely noisy. When your neighboor flushes the toilet you will know what it will be to be in submarine that's scraping its hull across the bottom.*The furniture is very outdated and worn. Sitting in the couch instead of on the couch.*No housekeeping in the total time of our stay.The inbetween*The beds are OK to sleep in. How ever if it is not 70 degrees you will be cold since you get 1 thin sheet to sleep under.”

“We first stayed with this hotel for our 14th wedding anniversary. It was a wonderful experience! Super clean rooms, great breakfast and great curb appeal. We are hilton honors members so were able to get the room on points for a very reasonable amount. After such a great experience we have continued to stay when we are up that way for baseball tournaments. Hampton Inn New Smyrna Beach continues to impress. We absolutely look forward to our next stay!”
