“I have been a fan, and frequent shopper, of Home Depot for many years. It’s seems over the last few years there has been a steady decline in customer service and quality at The Home Depot. As a customer you have to ring out your purchases yourself, at every visit and the employees at the front are typical gossiping about something. There is a lady, who has a lot of badges on her apron, that is very nice and always goes out of her way and there is also a young gentleman that is also up front that goes out of his way to say hello and assist if needed. The rest of the front end employees, never even acknowledge that you are present. The main walking areas are cluttered with stack out displays making it almost impossible to walk, and forget it if you have a big cart full of trim. Often we have to backup or go around just to be able to maneuver to the checkouts. We spend a significant amount of money at Home Depot, we are enrolled in the xtrapro program. It is disappointing to see the decline and hope things start to turn around.”

“Very nice, clean place to shop for most home needs. The garden center wasn't the best, in my opinion, but the bathrooms were gorgeous. I didn't need much at this store, but it was a nice experience with great customer service as well.”
