I have been a fan, and frequent shopper, of Home Depot for many years. It’s seems over the last few years there has been a steady decline in customer service and quality at The Home Depot. As a customer you have to ring out your purchases yourself, at every visit and the employees at the front are typical gossiping about something. There is a lady, who has a lot of badges on her apron, that is very nice and always goes out of her way and there is also a young gentleman that is also up front that goes out of his way to say hello and assist if needed. The rest of the front end employees, never even acknowledge that you are present. The main walking areas are cluttered with stack out displays making it almost impossible to walk, and forget it if you have a big cart full of trim. Often we have to backup or go around just to be able to maneuver to the checkouts. We spend a significant amount of money at Home Depot, we are enrolled in the xtrapro program. It is disappointing to see the decline and hope things start to turn around.

Customer service. cashiers are great. Guys in orange vests are fare from helpful. They walk by and don't offer help loading or unloading.

Purchased a stackable washer and dryer at this location. First it was impossible to find anyone to help me at this store. I came in to buy a washer/dryer, as well as buy stain for my fence. I was able to order the washer and dryer by an employee that did not work that department. Then when I went to buy fence stain. No one helped me after waiting almost 30 minutes, then some older gentleman who worked there slammed into me with his ladder and told me to get out of the way rat

Nobody ever helps you and the people who work there seem to try to avoid contact . I don’t mean just now because of COVID . It’s always . It’s only worse now than ever . It’s like they never even ask you if you need any help . I’m talking as long as I’ve shopped there , which has been years . I’ve just decided to say something today . I was actually rather surprised with this Home Depot location. My boyfriend and I arrived at 7:30 and grabbed plywood. We had measurements to get it cut because we have a small Ford Fiesta, we know a normal sheet of plywood does not fit. After waiting 15 mins for someone to come and cut the plywood it was 8:00 and the store closed! We paid upfront and tried our hardest to shove this wood into our car with no luck. Thankfully one of the night manager stayed open longer to cut the wood and was even nice enough to refund us our entire purchase! If I'm being honest best experience ever, 10 stars!

I was shopping for safety supplies for COVID-19 for our offices. Spoke to manager, Kay, she was absolutely wonderful. She was extraordinarily knowledgeable and took time to work with me to find the products I was looking for. Highly recommend this location.

Workers at this location are underpaid, overworked and underappreciated. I see that management is now forcing their employees to wear masks, but customers are allowed to roam freely without them AND they're still accepting returns. Shameful.

Terrible customer service and nothing but deception and incompetence when dealing with an install. You may as well write a blank check to this clip joint. They'll not only hold you hostage for more money with your floor half ripped up so you can't refuse, but they'll do it with HALF the labour they estimated for and without even utilizing many materials that you were CHARGED for! That's right, HALF the manpower in HALF the time! AND materials that were allegedly included

The "surveyors" in Home Depot need to GO, or, they need to offer their business card or business affiliation prior to asking questions. They are unprofessional and are presenting a poor representation of what I believe The Home Depot intends to offer. The lady with bad eye makeup and yesterday's slept on hair is horrific. Please address this, or our business will be taken elsewhere. Feeling disrespected & angry after shopping here. #local

The usual Home Depot but a different lay out from the larger feeling Daytona. This location felt cluttered and unorganized. I am sure you get used to where things are as you visit more. There seamed to be plenty of staff but no one ever asked if I needed anything. I stumbled on some items I could used and out I went through self check out. I will keep this location in mind in the future.
