I was referred to John at Himarc from a freind. I needed repairs on my BMW and was getting wild quotes from other companies. Super frustrating! I went to see John and immediately I felt I was in good hands.John and his Team are very professional, super knowledgeable and cost was fair! Speedy service, car looked great when I picked it up unlike when I have gone to other shops. I was impressed with every detail of the transaction.Being a woman dealing with this on my own, I never once felt I was being taken advantage of or being told I needed things that were unnecessary. He even gave me great advice when it came time to buy my new car!I would recommend this shop hands down over any other!

I am very pleased with work performed by HiMarc. My communication with Kristyn was great and she worked with me to schedule the repairs while I was on vacation eliminating transportation disruption. Thanks to John the body work and paint matching was excellent!

Recently had my '07 Camry done at Himarc. From the first moment I contacted them they were personable, thoughtful, and thorough. They did what they could to keep costs low but not to sacrifice quality. They completed my car in a week (wow!) and I didn't recognize it when I first saw it. They even polished out my entire car to get rid of the faded shine, shine up my fading headlights, and detailed the inside. Seriously impressed. Nothing but a positive experience!

Ben at Hi Profile suggested I try John at Himarc to repair the damage to the bottom of the front and rear doors and part of the chassis of my truck.It was a pretty complicated job, I had a price in my head and it was the same price that John said.It took a bit longer than we expected but John stuck to his price and looking at it you would never know it had been damaged.The quality of the work is second to none and I took my Harley to have some paint and I was very pleased with the outcome of that too.John had to match the paint and it took several goes as Harley don't release the codes for their paint.Both vehicles get a clean inside and out and I was so pleased when I got my truck back.Anyway I am a happy customer and I hope I don't have to use John services again but if I do I know where to go.Himarc is high quality work for the right price.

I did a recent transaction with the owner (John Lobosco) of HiMarc. He followed through with everything he said he was going to do. It is rare today in any transaction that people actually follow through with their word. I know John runs a great business and has a very high sense of integrity. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately I've had to use a body shop's services three times in the last couple years. Fortunately for me, Himarc was close by to help with each job.They are incredibly transparent, professional, and friendly. Every time I call to check for updates they give me the full breakdown of what's going on and what needs to happen next. They work seamlessly with my insurance provider and the nearby Enterprise. All I had to really do was show up and pay my deductible.I don't plan on needing to use their services again soon, but if I ever find myself in that situation, I will definitely be going back to Himarc.
