I spoke with Joann when I called about having a new script for my husband transferred and filled there. I was quite stressed as another pharmacy couldn't fill the script, and I couldn't find my husband's prescription drug insurance card. She took extra time to locate the information needed, never seeming annoyed or impatient with me. I am terribly grateful for all her help.
