Walked in for a haircut. There were 3 ladies there 1 appeared to be scrapbooking or doing nothing productive. One asked if i had an appointment and i said no, considering it takes ~10 minutes to do a man's hair. A few minutes later one lady said we don't have time today. I will never go back here or recommend anyone to them. Really ladies? lucky i gave 1 star. To be successful you have to provide your services.

I went here for highlights, the hair dresser did a partial foil. When she took the foils out there was a huge bleach spot right on the top, middle of my head. She said oops the foil bled, I think she used a toner to try and fix it, I ended up being there for almost 5 hours... The fix faded with a couple washes and I was stuck with a bleach spot on the top of my head, plus the highlights were very streaky and brassy (not natural looking at all). By the way, I had medium length, natural light brown hair that had no dye or treatments in it at all. I went to Sally's and bought some dye to fix it myself bc I did not want to return to this place. The other hair dressers were very catty, and unprofessional talking negatively about people and making spiteful remarks about their personal lives in front of clients.

Heather is sweet, conversational and honest "no bangs unless you're willing to do the work!" It worked out, and I love my cut! Yes no bangs!
