I recently brought my sister-in-law in to get her hair done here. They were very nice at first and accommodated Her with short notice. They asked me what my budget was as she went in for a balayage fade. I told them under $200. Everything was said and done we were charged $345. The fact that the employee knew the pricelist she should have been able to accommodate this budget. She should have done a partial, highlight and color So that the final price was within the budget. Instead, she did a full highlight and color which put us way over budget. I will not be coming here again as she did this without consent.
Requested style: A balayage fade was requested, and the stylist dyed the entire head of hair. The top was supposed to be dark and the bottom was supposed to be a fade. The stylist did not fulfill the request of the customer.

i went in for a root touch up and a shaping of my short hair. First of all, my hair was under processed and roots were still gray in places. This stylist drastically textured my hair. I have thick hair normally and it is so thin now. When the wind blows and parts my hair I look bald! Even the receptionist commented about how much hair was on the floor! I was very clear that I didn't want it extremely short. I was charged $160 for this!!

Everyone here is sweet and make you feel right at home. Heather is super sweet and amazing. She shampooed, conditioned, cut, blew out and styled my hair. I am in love with it! I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much Heather.

Had a couple of lovely half hour chair massages with Rita on recommendation of my doctor, to get rid of some tight muscles in my neck. Much better now! Going back for a full hour, so she can fix my feet ?
