What's not to like about NSB Mullinax? They had the truck I wanted at a great price, provided a fair trade in value for my vehicle and financed the deal with a lower % than my bank or CU. Our sales representative Andrew was knowledgeable, professional and efficiently led the sales process from start to finish. Highly recommend NSB Mullinax for your next purchase.

Had a great experience with Mullinax when buying my new F150. Would recommend them to anyone. We traded in a vehicle and feel like we got a great trade in price. I'm waiting for my leather seats to come in. Other than that I love my truck and the experience with everyone at the dealer.

Got an oil change there this morning and I'll never go back. First off I purchased my car there two years ago and had my oil changed there about a year ago, now today had my oil changed again. The kid driving my car changed the radio station to what he wanted to hear while he drove the car across the lot to park it. The service agent Mattew was a real cocky guy with a very condescending attitude. Why, having a bad day ? I don't know and don't care but there are other places to get an oil change.

I have bought a few cars from Mullinax. The one in Kissimmee is great and the one in Apopka is AMAZING, but the one in New Smyrna has terrible ethics. My fiancé found a truck he loved. He put his $500 down and went and got his financing from the Florida Credit Union with perfect credit they wrote him a blank check for $35,000 (the vehicle was only $24,000) but books out for $27,000. Problem was the miles were over for the blank check amount. So he went back to the credit union who said it was still approved but would be the next day before they could cut the cashiers check. Come to find out, the dealership has 2 other buyers ready to buy. Instead of waiting the extra day, they sold it to someone else! Even WITH the email verification and communications IN WRITING. I will write a review in EVERY location I can and continue to remind people of the unethical practice this location is capable of.

Never buy from a dealership that charges over msrp like this place. Tried to order a new car and they quoted me $10k over msrp !! No thanks. I ended up ordering from another Ford dealer at msrp . Sales people are horrible here too. Won't return calls, texts , or emails.

Have bought our last 5 vehicles from them. The sales staff is easy to work with prices posted in the windshield. For the most part they are very competitive. The best part is the no haggle aspect and how quick it is to complete the sale. We were in and out in 45 minutes for our last purchase.

11/9/21 I purchased a Ford F250 4x4 from Mullinax Ford NSB from Salesman Carlos. The vehicle was inspected by myself and had no leaks during the test drive and purchase. I traded in two pickup trucks for this vehicle 11/10/21I checked the vehicle the next morning and it was leaking at the rear main seal. Carlos was notified.11/12/21 I returned to Mullinax Ford for the diesel mechanic "Ron" to check the leak. It was identified as the rear main seal.12/2/21Invoice 278389 was the repair for the rear main seal. Picked up vehicle.12/3/21 Vehicle was leaking a large amount of motor oil. Returned back to NSB. Vehicle loaner was provided. Leak was from the high pressure pump gasket.12/16/21Invoice 279855 vehicle was serviced. Loaner vehicle returned.12/16/21 I left the dealership got 10 miles down the road and had no power. Took vehicle back to dealership and didn't want the vehicle. Duda trade in for a truck in Mobile,Alabama. Vehicle was "ordered" to be shipped.12/23/21No updates from the salesman carlos until I reached out! The vehicle was never delivered to dealership and I was not notified at any point of what was going on. I received a 8,500 check for my trade ins.

Very NEGATIVE experience at Mullinax Ford. From the many little things, to the several major things that had happened. I took my vehicle here to service my Cam Phasers, a noise concern when turning my steering wheel, a noise in the rear when going over bumps, and a Valve Cover rattle. It wasn't soon after dropping my truck off that Patrick (Service Advisor) called me and told me that the Technician could not verify any noises in my vehicle besides the Cam Phasers and the Sun Roof and he wanted me to come in to test drive the vehicle with the Technician. I came in that Saturday to test drive the vehicle with the Technician and we verified all noises were present. My girlfriend goes and picks the vehicle up roughly a week or two later and as soon as she starts it and pulls away my Ford Pass App starts sending my phone several notifications for Low Oil Pressure. I was at work and as soon as saw the notifications I immediately called my girlfriend and told her to stop the vehicle and call Mullinax. By the time I called she was home, I get home and check the oil level on the dipstick and notice I'm low on oil. I went and purchased oil and topped the vehicle off with oil. Now mind you since all of this happened, I'm starting to question the quality of work performed on my vehicle. I look at the Oil Filter and the filter looked like it have never been changed. I noticed I was low on coolant, I also noticed the Valve Cover rattle was still present. The next day my girlfriend and I went out of town. It rained that weekend and that Sunday when we got back I opened my door and immediately had water poor onto my shirt from my door, near the weatherstripping. I look and noticed the door had been siliconed and I didn't know why or what for but obviously it was holding water. I called Patrick on Monday and explained the situation. Patrick didn't seem to be that concerned and just told me to "bring it by". I had my girlfriend bring it by when she got off from work. My girlfriend called me and told me that Patrick didn't have a loaner car and he wanted her to drop the vehicle off (Which we couldn't do) I was frustrated because none of this was communicated to me over the phone before hand. I spoke to Patrick over the phone and was frustrated. I asked Patrick about the silicone on my door and Patrick told me that the Door Latch Recall was performed. I never was informed of this. Patrick began to argue with me which led to him hanging up the phone on me. Then Patrick tells my girlfriend he's going to continue hanging up the phone on me if I call again. My girlfriend left the dealership and was told to come back when a loaner was available. I was pissed, not only was my repair a hack job, the dealership did not try and alleviate my concerns right away, I was simply pushed away. I call and asked to speak to a manager and I spoke to Paul from the Quick Lane due to Greg not being present that day. I explained to Paul my concerns. Paul said the dealership would reimburse me for oil and fill my vehicles tank up with gas for the drive. I was also told to come that Thursday and they would have a loaner for me. Paul told me that Greg the Service Manager would call me the next day and I was better off explaining my concerns to him. I waited until the end of the following day and never was called by the Service Manager. I had to call him in order to speak to him. I go to check my oil level the following day and notice my Valve Cover seals were leaking. Come to find out they removed both Valve Covers as part of the repair and more than likely never replaced the seals. I took my vehicle in on Thursday and Greg the Service Manager communicated that the Valve Cover seals were indeed leaking. He also stated the Door Latch Recall was being re-done due to the poor quality. I get my vehicle back and my gas tank was never filled nor was I reimbursed for oil expenses. I try and call Greg and was told he was busy and he would return my call. This never happened... Why should I have to pay for oil and gas expense

AWESOME PLACE. AJ really helped me get the new car I wanted everything from the color, model, and interior. I would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone! I bartend so my money is just cash and they did everything to make it happen! They also gave me the best trade in value for my mustang better than anyone around, plus the car they had the 2020 Ford Edge was on sale so it was a triple win for me and I’m super happy! Thanks AJ!

If you are looking for a pre-owned or new vehicle the place to go is Mullinax Ford New Smyrna Beach in NSB - Route 44. We had a wonderful experience with courteous and professional Don Thompson (Florida Ford Sales). After going to several disappointing car dealerships we found an angel that offered hassle free customer service and got us in a car that we loved and could afford. We highly recommend his services. Absolutely outstanding!!
