Unbelievable shop for athletic footwear, clothing and accessories that a person might need to enjoy their active lifestyle. Beautiful displays and attentive staff make it easy to find what you want. Many foot doctors send people here to be measured and scanned for proper fitting. A HUGE shout-out to Andi for helping my SIL find the exact perfect shoe that will allow her to walk more easily. Her patience and product knowledge went above and beyond our expectations. A+++

I went there because I'm having major back pains and it hurts to walk. Chelsea, at the New Smyrna, FL store was very, very helpful, considerate and knowledgeable. I left with the shoes I needed and walked out standing straight with little pain. This morning I put my shoes on and felt great. Thank you Clelsea

The lady who helped us was amazing. My mum struggles to find shoes that are comfortable. She was considerate and explained the foot scan well. She was fantastic at listening and understanding what mum needed and worked so hard to find the best fitting shoes. We were all amazed at how wonderful the service was and will recommend her to everyone!

Love love this store!! Eric and Tim took the time to help me and find me the absolute perfect comfortable shoes just right for me. Their knowledge of shoes is unbelievable!! I started running 6 months ago and love it but have had some knee problems ever since running in some Nike’s I got from a big box store so I decided to go get fitted for running shoes and had the best experience! This staff took the time to scan my feet and watch me walk and run. They gave me several different shoes to try and really explained a lot about the shoes and socks. They were so knowledgeable and patient. I’m so excited to try my new shoes. The shoes feel like they are hugging my feet and I’m running on clouds. I think I’ll be able to run forever in these. Thanks so much!

Lisa was a wonderful help to us today! My husband's a lifelong runner but hasn't bought new running shoes in person for years. Technology has come a long way! With 2 different foot analysis machines and Lisa's expertise she found the perfect shoe for his stride. He tried on and walked and ran in several pairs, it was nearing closing time but we didn't feel rushed at all. And I'm not a runner but I found a pair for walking that felt amazing! The trainee was great too, thanks to everyone at Fleet Feet in New Smyrna! We'll be back!

I have paid for a pair no slip shoes for work.. l have waited over a month by now and still don't have them... lam really not happy about this...they are on back order but come on l need them before l fall at work...they were not a cheap pair of shoes because l need a good brand because lam on my feet for long periods of time!! Iam so sorry l wrote this an half an hour later the Manger call me and they had find my shoes in the order that just came in... lam returning them today they are to wide for me... and l had bought the insoles and shoes to make them fix well but it just didn't out for me... it is a wonderful store and the staff are very kind and helpful people....thank you so much for everything...

I went to Fleet Feet because I needed a new Garmin Forerunner and running shoes. I met with Chelsea and she was AWESOME! She did a full foot scan and made recommendations for shoes that fit my foot profile. I left with a new watch, shoes, socks and sunglasses! Great prices and even better staff!

Super nice place. Staff was very helpful in helping me find out what type of shoe I should be wearing. Thanks to you all, I now am wearing shoes that fit my feet comfortably and no longer make my feet hurt. Definitely check this place out if you need help with finding the right shoe.

Just had to share about the most pleasant experience at fleet feet . I walked in was greeted politely and promptly by two nice ladies that asked me all of the right questions . After finding out my needs they had me stand on a device that scans your feet and provides an exact 3d image of my feet after that had me walk across a small little mat which is a decive that scans how you displace your weight on your feet as you walk. We sat down and i was shown the data from taking the steps & measurements . After we reviewed the data provided and had been shown that i have high arches and need an insole . We took out the sock liner of my shoe placed in a new insole and i took a few steps it felt great immediately. I purchased the exact insoles i needed for my high arches and walked out happy as can be. The best part about using this place is that there is no guess work about what your getting. If your suffering from plantar faciitus like I have been or just want more comfortable/ customized footwear this place is definitely one you wanna stop by. So glad they were here just off of canal st it was nice not having to drive to daytona or portorange . Just wanted to share about my good experience and hope it helps someone because I sure am one happy customer.

This was the first time my husband and I came to Fleet & Feet. We had a wonderful experience. My husband was looking for new running shoes and to be able to ensure the best pair for him, there was a few test to find the best size, where the pressure points are located in the foot, and to have the most comfort. We learned which was the best fit, and even finding socks that help!
They have a nice lounge area and little station for water and coffee. The store has a selection of clothing and a nice atmosphere! Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, thank you! A special thank you to Eric that helped my husband through the process.

My wife and I were looking for some everyday walking shoes for her. We stopped in Fleet Feet to see what they had to offer and were extremely pleased on what we found. Chelsea went out of her way to take care of us. She had us do a foot analysis test to address any imbalances we may have had. Then with that information she helped us find the shoes that best fit our needs. Thank you Fleet Feet especially you Chelsea, we truly enjoyed our shopping experience.
