ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE!! told me to go to the front to get my vehicle and no one was there… end up walking home.. worst experience of my life.. horrible people… horrible everything they need help. i needed gas and next thing i know my jeep is towed. Please help these people they need help mentally THEY ARE DIGUSTING. THEY NEED FIRED.

AAA sent a truck out an they said they are not going to take the truck because a squirrel that bit the gas line . And if you start it gas will come out . You guys are out of your minds . Awesome . You want be my first .

Rude and unprofessional. Understand that people who just had their vehicles towed are upset at the tow company but one thing is towing your vehicle because that’s the business but you don’t have to be rude, threatening and unprofessional.

Horrible and unprofessional. Owner is very rude and uncaring. They prey on people on vacation checking into hotels. They know people don’t have a pass since you have to check in to get one. Signs are not correct either. Owner took my money then told me he wants my license . I went outside in car to get it. He locked the doors after he took my payment. I had to call 911 as he refused to give me my car after I paid him. Cops spoke to the owner and I got my car back. They are shady beware. Tow yard is run down don’t go alone. Owner is rude and hostile. Hotels in area shouldn’t let them tow from their facility as it’s bad business. They prey on innocent people checking into hotels. I was just assisting my 86 year old wheel chair bound father out of car and into hotel when these money grubbing vultures took my car. New Smyrna hotels don’t use Elite. You are accepting this bad behavior and it’s hurting your guests

Save yourself hassles- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they're shady. They towed our vehicle, but then required cash for its release. Once released we realized they damaged the rear bumper both with a bumper paint chip and damaging its alignment. $3000 in damages and will not return phone calls and release their insurance information. Now we are forced to go the legal way.Service: Car towing

Seth was great, however a horrible experience from the start. Towed after one hour of shopping in a parking lot that of an establishment that I gave my hard earned cash too. I’m sure this was never reported to the city, and when legality was mentioned to both the business owner and the towing company it was laughed at. Better get some better policies before y’all see what chitwood thinks lol not to mention you show up and they make you wait about 20 minutes to your car after towing it almost 4 miles away. They will not bring the car back to you and they will not work with you for the inconvenience. Go to Daytona or Ormond. The people are nicer and the businesses care more about their clients.

Nobody wants to leave a five-star review after being towed. But my son's car was towed on New Smyrna Beach and the office staff was very nice to them when they had to pick up the car. And in a crazy time like this it was nice that they still treated young teenagers with respect.

Litigation to follow. Relative was having a medical emergency at a nearby restaurant. Car towed with 10 minutes on Sunday afternoon at 2pm.
