“People care! I was having a bad day and this Walmart went out of their way to make it better. I went to the store in Port Orange to get windshield wipers for my car...the first time I went by the guide and those didn't work, then I went back, stood in line to exchange those, asked for help from the automotive clerk who went by the guide, proceeded to stand in a long line for the THIRD time only to find those were also wrong!!! At this point I was so frustrated and disappointed so I went to this Walmart and broke down telling the manager my experience she was so kind listened to my entire experience then directed me to the department and told me someone would be there to help. Not expecting anyone to really be there I reluctantly walked back there and sure enough there was a nice young man there waiting for me. He said the manager radioed him and told him to expect me he then patiently listened to my story and got me the correct ones. Thank you for taking the time in a world where no one has time to care; NSB Walmart will always have my business!!!”
