This pharmacy will not let you call and speak to a pharmacist!! They only take voicemails now and you have to give them 2 days to call you back. This is insanely inconvenient especially when my prescription doesn’t have a refill option on the terrible CVS app so I have to call every month for my prescriptions and wait and hope they got my voicemail but half the time they said they never got it. If you need a pharmacy to get any medications filled find one that is NOT a CVS! I’ve used many places and this CVS is by far the worst. My new insurance requires CVS but I’m to the point I might pay out of pocket just to use a different pharmacy.

I waited on the phone for an hour to try to transfer a prescription from another state I was never transferred to a person this is the most disgusting pharmacy I have ever experienced

Terrible CVS. Bought some posters to print and never get a message that they're finished. So i went to call and turns out the machine was broken! Thanks for the communication! (Why would i be allowed to order something that can't be fulfilled...) But the women on the phone was the awful part. She told me to hold mid sentence, and when she came back to me she was talking to customers? Christ, CVS is not that busy at 11am to where you can't focus on the current conversation. Help one customer at a time. I asked when it would be fixed and she told me "we have a request in so call tomorrow" I mean... Are you serious? If you have a request to fix it my poster isn't going to be ready by tomorrow. Poor women just sounded so confused. SMH

Store is clean and very well stocked. Pharmacy Very professional and helpful with filling Two 5:00 pm prescriptions!Please Train the Sanford stores on 46 and Rhinehart!

This review is for the pharmacy itself. It’s the worst I’ve ever been to! My prescriptions that have refills never get filled on time. The app will tell me there’s no refills when there is actually 3 left. So I have to call and usually wait on hold forever to get anything filled. Then they tell me it’ll be ready after 1pm and I go at 5pm and nothing is ready. Very unorganized and inconvenient!! They also have terrible hours and close earlier than Walgreens , so if you get off work later than chose Walgreens cause they’re open to 9 most nights. I would switch to Walgreens but my insurance’s preferred pharmacy is CVS unfortunately.

The pharmacist didn't notice that there were multiple prescriptions under my name, instead of just one. I corrected her. She told me that it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait and they would call me when it was ready. Wandered the store for half an hour feeling terrible, because the only chairs have "reserved for covid vaccinations" signs on them. 30 minutes later, went back to stand there because they had clearly forgotten about me. The same person who helped me originally, was standing next to the person now asking me what I needed. Didn't recognize me. I told them that I was waiting and they seemed surprised. Then, the person who originally "helped" me, came forward and kept repeating, "You're all set," with her mouth full of food. Didn't address me, wasn't even facing me, and had nothing in her hands. I had no idea who she was talking to, but came to the counter anyway. She grabbed my bags from a cubby and told me the cost. I can handle feeling like they were annoyed by me, but that wasn't the most bothersome part. No one bothered to tell me any instructions about my prescriptions or asked me if I had any questions. I had to research how to take them on my own. This is a BIG problem. Behavior like this doesn't inspire a whole lot of confidence.

I’m not sure if they have changed their staff, but the pharmacy was so friendly and helpful today! I am so glad to see this change after several previous negative experiences. Thank you to the whole pharmacy team!

Horrible pharmacy! Do not go to the drive thru bc you will never get service and it will be 30+ minutes before they come to the window. Please go somewhere else

Pharmacy is short staffed and I totally get that and was super nice when I walked up to get my meds and I said that my doctor called it in at 9 and it was around 12 and the pharmacist screams from across the room “we’re 3 days behind on medications” in the rudest tone and I said “wow” and had my doctor send them to Walgreens. No reason to speak to customers that way. They also kept me on hold for AN HOUR while they took their lunch and kept me sitting and waiting.

Extremely rude and slow. As a Healthcare Provider, if I acted this way towards my patients I would be fired. This place is a disgrace to healthcare service.

The entire pharmacy staff, including the new head pharmacist is arrogant, rude and condescending.
