I bought a 2012 Nissan Versa, during the selling process Doug was awesome, this did not carry through after the sale. There were parts they purchased that needed to be installed that I had to repeatedly call about. Once they were installed the car required more parts which I bought and paid to install and could get no further communication from Doug. To make a long story as short as possible, paperwork stated brakes in great condition another lie, paper thin pads and they never fixed the low tire pressure gauge so I advise anyone before they buy from Cars R Us to take it to the dealership for a full inspection as you can not trust their evaluation of the condition. I am open to revising this upon honoring what was promised.

This place sold me a p.o.s they should have paid me for even considering them!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE DO NOT BUY UR CARS FROM HERE i spent 3400 cash on a car thinking i was goin to get a decent car with little problems here n there and another 2000$ later its stilllll has problems and i only bought it a month ago.. if i could give them 0 stars I would!! DONT SHOP HERE PERIODTT

Horrible experience. My husband and I got a 2007 Chrysler 300 and it was a piece of crap from the beginning ! It had issues from the first week we got it that we talked to Doug Ruschak about and it was one thing after the next. It needed a new computer firstly. Now we have only used this car for a very small amount of time out of the two months we've had it. But it's been sitting in the shop most of the time or outside of the dealership. After one repair already made, the vehicle immediately after that repair now needs a whole new motor. We had to pay to have the vehicle towed to a repair shop from Daytona to new Smyrna beach and Doug tells us not to worry he'll take care of it and have it inspected well now with the cost of the diagnostic totaling more than $300 and a new motor being 5-6k it is putting us in a hole with a vehicle we won't see that money back from! We are not going to be able to fix this vehicle and we have not even used it for a full month without it needing a repair. I should have read the previous reviews but lesson learned we will never buy from a smaller private owned car dealership again. We will never recommend dough or his company's. I'm reporting this company and Doug to the better business bureau. How dare you sell us a lemon and require over $2,500 down knowing the car was a piece of crap ! The extended warranty which we were never given paperwork for is a bs warranty too ! 30day or 3,000 mile warranty ! Are you kidding me ?!!! BBB needs to know about businesses like this and shut them down! We are due to have a baby in just a couple months but instead of being able to provide for our baby we are in debt with car repairs, lost deposit, and a new car payment on top of it !!! I really hope you guys get shut down and get the karma you deserve ! Anything for a buck huh !!!
