Jake and John came an got my van in NSB after the transmission linkage broke on a Friday night after hours. They were professional and so fast. They 100% knew what they were doing. Very impressed. 5 out of 5 would totally recommend.

Since Bishop's is a well-known towing company in New Smyrna Beach, I called them to tow my car back to my house after it had died on me. The price was not bad at all, especially considering it was a bit of a drive and it was 1 in the morning. I understand that towing a vehicle can cause some wear and tear, but crunching my bumper into the curb? Really? Once my car was towed back to my house I noticed that there was a noise coming from the power steering and a few days later it was harder to steer. Turns out something had been knocked out from the power steering and a leak was found. I had explained what had happened to my mechanic and he said that that was most likely the cause of it. Thanks bishops!?

These guys really got me out of a bind. F-750 stuck as deep as I could get it in a sandy lot.The driver went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend.

Would be no stars. Was working on a property that they tow from and towed my work truck...you can clearly see it is a work truck and was performing work on the property and he said they towed 3 work trucks and one with a work trailer...these guys are crooks!!

They care about money but not your car. My step sons chevy volt lost a tire with bolts. They sent a flat bed truck that dragged the car onboard. They should have sent a truck to lift it and tow it. They then dragged the car off in front of house. took time. And charged extra money once at the site to pick up. Never use them.

This is a company full of outstanding individuals that go above and beyond just towing cars. They are without a doubt the only people I would ever call if i ever need the service they provide.

So bad service. They towed my car and trailer. Broke trailer without any compensation. Lady in the office wasn’t here when she promised. Please, don’t use that company and don’t help corruption in New Smyrna.

I was stupid and got my car stuck in the sand. Did some calling around and everyone else said either $200-$300 and an hour wait for a 20 min job. I called Bishops and they gave me a phenomenal quote and came in 20 mins at 11:30 at night. Would definitely call again!

This business is either negligent or incompetent- most likely both!? Called them for a tow and they broke my bumper. The driver said it was a quick $100 fix and tried to refer me to his ‘buddy’ but turned out to be $2600! Bishops towed my car the month before without issue but on this particular day the driver told me they don’t usually tow cars that low for this reason. For reference it is a standard 4 door sedan, no lowering or modifications. They took the job and sent a specific driver knowing well in advance what year make and model the car was and still sent a driver that wasn’t capable of towing it without damaging it. To add to that, they then had someone who was driving the vehicle (not owner of vehicle) sign a damage waiver.
I find it hard to believe that I, the owner, had to drive down to meet them and sign off on a receipt for the tow, but allowed someone else to sign off, agreeing to potential damage to a vehicle that didn’t belong to them.
The idea that any person with a brain would knowingly allow that much damage to be done to a vehicle for a tow less than 2 miles away is absolutely idiotic on their part.
Went to a body shop and told the story and the body shop couldn’t believe it and told me to call tow company back so I did, but was met with nothing but hostility.
This company clearly does not care about its customers, despite being based in such a small town. It is absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Phenomenal service!
Tow truck showed up within 30 minutes of the call. My car was 10 minutes away from getting locked behind a gate for the night! The tow truck driver , Jake, was very helpful, kind and professional... Especially for a stressful situation. Can't thank you enough!
