Lots of stuff. Sort of like a Tuesday morning and a dollar tree mixture. They do have some unusual things that are are fun and different, good fun little gifts. Some of their foods are delicious and tasty

Rude is not harsh enough. I went in to buy a bedframe. Two people working the entire store and a lady comes out from the back room who works there and I ask her if she may have bedframes in the back. As she walks away from me like I din't exist, she RUDELY says, "I don't work in furniture" and continues to walk away all mad. The only other person working there was a cashier. She did not know if they had bedframes and asked the rude lady if she could find out but the rude lady mumbled something and walked off. I said to her "this store is wierd and my wife and I walked out" Needless to say after that, I will never go back and I will tell my friends this story so they don't go back. I would fire that lady on the spot. (the older cashier lady was nice) this was on 1/9/2024 around 1130 if management wants to look into who was working.

Cashiers standing their yelling to each other about their hours and not waiting on customers this is the 6th or 7th time i have been their they are rude and mean as long as these women are their spewing their poison i will not be back.

The store itself is great, with good prices and great finds. The customer service at the register however is not so great, with a unfriendly cashier. Just a heads up if you attempt to register for the rewards program you will never be able to redeem them. I have been in several times to try to redeem my email reward coupons they scan at the register. Every time I get the same lady and every time she is never able to make it work and she rushes you through the line without trying to figure out why it doesn't work. Therefore leaving it a waste to have ever registered for that and a waste of my time to think that I was going to get to use it. I've been to other Big lots and never have had issues I don't know if it's a training issue on their cashiers side or if it's just an impatient issue that she doesn't want to deal with. Either way save your time and expectations and don't bother with rewards at this location.

Your typical big box store. It will all depend on the store you go to and the employee you deal with. Some are great, some won't move 10 feet to help you. We got our couch from them and we love the couch. Unfortunately, we had to drive to three different stores to get one. One store was really good at helping us, so we didn't have to continue driving and hoping. The Port Orange store called around and made sure the one we wanted was in stock and sellable (a lot of the stores had it, but they were broken). The Daytona store was worthless, as the person there didn't even want to answer if they had it or not. Wound up in DeLand, where we got the purchase and the people were helpful.
