DO NOT GO HERE AND GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS. OWNER CALLED ME NAMES UNDER HIS BREATH THEN GOT UPSET WHEN I DID THE SAME. HE SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM HERE!!

Was told "F*ck you, b*tch we don't need your charity" because apparently I tried to cut line by offering to give them a five dollar bill along with the 3.99 tag for an item I wanted to purchase and leave as my breakfast was waiting next door. I live local and have spent quite a bit of money there in the past. I have also brought many of my visitors there to buy their souvenirs. NEVER AGAIN.

4:47 went to store with grandsons. The owner couldn’t have been more rude saying they were closed. I said if just called and he said “ no you didn’t I’m the only one here”. I said look at my phone he did and said you didn’t call so I called the No again and he again said I didn’t call as it was ringing in the store. They close at 5:00 by the way. Please don’t frequent this store.

The owner is rude and is overcharging customers with some random $56 item and then is rude and cannot defend his charge to customers!!! He is basically stealing from people! DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR $$ The #BBB needs to look into owner for scamming and taking advantage of tourists.... But, we are not tourists and we are done letting EVERYONE know about what they are doing!!

I will give this business to stars, since my husband was able to find a reasonable priced surf shirt . However, the selection is very minimal. We did not experience poor service,that others experienced , however I can't say it was the greatest either.

I purchased two tee shirts but the man behind the cash register who said he is the owner, cursed me out, called me every foul name in the book and screamed at me. Said he was calling the cops on me and appeared to call them, but no cops ever showed up. Poor man. The reviews on his website are similar to my experience. Maybe worse. He sure is not an ambassador for NSB.

This is the worst store I have ever been in, me and two other people were trying to find a jacket. As one of them were looking at hoodies, us two went over to the front desk and the owner stared at us. Then as we continued to walk back too the other person as he watched us over the cameras, making it very vivid that he was, as we started to make are way to the front he walked up to us out of no where and ripped the jacket out of her hand and the other out of mine and yelled at us to get out, we continued to ask why and he yelled out us to leave, then continue to shut the door in a lady's face. This man had no respect and a poor responses to customer services . DO NOT SHOP HERE

If I could have offered zero stars I would have. Worst customer Service I have ever experienced and I'm a resident. I spend most of my time in this shopping plaza buying groceries and going to the gym and have never been more disrespected in my life. Owner, for no reason, ripped clothing out of my daughter's hand and kicked us out of the store though we had already been there and spend hundreds of dollars early in the week. Shows no remorse for poor behavior, because we don't do anything to support him learning from his behavior. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Honestly I went here as a joke since there were a lot of reviews for the owner being mean. However, we found this place to have a really good selection, cheap prices, while being less gaudy in most of their designs compared to Alvin's up the road. It's still a souvenir beach store so it does have its fair share of gaudy apparel, but it was definitely less than Alvin's.Left a bit confused by all the negative reviews for this place. Looking into it, it looks like it was mostly due to anti-maskers when the owner implemented a mandatory mask policy during COVID, which appears to have not gone over well with your generic "don't tread on me" rednecks. I'd be willing to bet the customers posting 1* reviews were equally awful to the owner, but that side of the story isn't being told.

Wonderful customer service. The store has a nice selection of higher quality apparel verses other gift shops.

This store doesn't deserve 1 star.The employee here was rude and verbally abusive. I have shopped at this store for years but never again (unless there is a staffing change). There are much nicer stores further up the beach.
