I spent way too much money in this store but I loved every minute of it! ??? I purchased hats, t-shirts, memorabilia, & gifts. Spent $100+ or more to receive a free bag. I definitely got that! ??? Stop in when you visit & bring plenty of money because the decisions get more difficult the longer you shop. You won't want to put anything back once you've put it in your cart. ??? Set a limit for yourself, the family, & the budget. Unless you're like me & have fun money for the vacay & then you can splurge! I love this store. I'm glad my sister showed me this place. Like The Terminator, "I'll Be Back."

Buyer beware. Purchased a couple of pair of goggles, towels and sunblock only to arrive home and realize my husband has brought the beach bag that i thought I had left at home. Went back 4 hours later with receipt, original packaging, still in the bag etc. only to be told 'we can't refund beach accessories'. I was told I could call corporate but, nothing would be accepted. I then asked for the managers name and was told 'I don't have to give you that. I don't even have to give you my name' and was told to reference the name on the original cashier. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced and completely uncalled for.

I bought 3 snorkeling kits there today. 1 was defective and didn't work. I went back to exchange it for a working one and they said there was nothing they could do about because we had used it. I'm not sure how else we would know it didn't work! Terrible customer service! Wish I hadn't spent $100 there! Be warned!

My family and I were shopping for some gifts for some friends back home. I accidentally dropped a $2.99 keychain, I planned on paying for since I did drop it. We kept getting looked at while we were in line by the older man behind the counter. i felt very uncomfortable so I then told my wife to put back everything she had and we would only pay for the broken keychain and nothing else. told the cashier what the reason was and got told my the older man that I was being an **hole and that I needed to leave. very rude service, absolutely will not be going back.

All Ins is a fun place for tourists to shop for souvenirs or quirky gifts. They have lots of tees, sweatshirts, bathing suits, just about anything you can imagine. I picked up a couple of shirts and also my after sun aloe Vera gel to cool down our sunburns! If you are in New Smyrna Beach definitely stop by!

For a touristy souvenir shop, this is top notch. It is not on Flagler, so the prices are really reasonable. They have just about any kind of souvenir you could want. Prices are good. I found a pair of Huk men's swimming trunks that I thought was priced right. If you're looking for souvenirs for the family back home, save some money and go to Alvin's.

Online says they close at 10:00 pm. I start to walk inside and a employee meets me at the door and said, we close in 5 minutes. It was 8:55 pm. What happened to 10:00 pm?

We bought a swim suit and got it home. The strap was sewn on twisted. I went to take it back to exchange. I was told there is nothing technically was by Samantha. Even though it is permanently twisted. What a horrible place and Samantha couldn't have been more smug or unwilling to help. She is the sociopath that greets with a fake warmth. Will never go there again after spending $150. I went to Wild Side and had great customer service getting a replacement for something I will never be able to wear.

Store would not take back tables that were damaged upon opening saying it was due to Covid. Damaged items really! Buyer beware!

Horribly rude staff members. I overheard them screaming at a customer for not having a mask on that clearly had a medical exemption. They threatened to call the cops and were very insulting. So sad that customer service has gone down hill. There were very few people shopping in this store and social distance was NOOO problem what so ever. Over priced junk and bad attitudes make for a VERY unpleasant experience. Now I see why they weren't getting hardly any business.Don't waste your time. Many other amazing places to shop!!!!

Florida has no mask mandates and no one can fine you for not wearing one. True everywhere I went except this store. A public place is supposed to not deny you entrance based on a disability. I told them I had asthma, they kicked me out. They lost business because I was there for a month and would have spent money there. I plan to move to Florida and will never do business with their stores.

Overcharged me on a sale item, charged me $9.99 when it had a red sticker (!) that says $3.99 ... and I saw the clerk look at the sticker. Only noticed the discrepancy after I got home. Tried to phone the store but it goes into generic voice mail hell. I will be down there to see them in person or disputing this at VISA. P.s I am actually acquainted with the owners from doing business in Panama City Beach, where the original Alvin's is located, for decades. Dr Ron Thomas Jr
