This place was a nightmare. My initial policy had the wrong vin number and the police towed my car because they said I had no insurance. I should have been done then but no. I gave them another chance. Tried to renew my policy but no one ever called back. Not once but 4 times. I tried to call and talk to a manager but the lady says she will just let them know. Well I want to make sure you know. This was the worse experience EVER. It even cost me extra money because I had to pay to get my vehicle from impound and buy a new license plate because the police took it. Only because of the wrong vin number.
