The drive thru pharmacy is a joke.
They make up new rules for each customer and are not sympathetic to the fact that they have your medication for a life threatening disease. They hold it for ransom until they feel like you have waited long enough in line.....
I had been a customer for 30 years and never had issue.
I was shocked at the level of disrespect I was met with.
There's too many pharmacies out there to take being treated like trash.

I have not had any problems with the pharmacy. I used CVS for awhile but went back to this pharmacy due to problems with the staff at CVS. Their staff was lacking greatly in customer service. No problems with walgreen.

DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC IF YOU ARE SICK! YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM BECAUSE THEY WILL CODE YOUR VISIT AS AN EMERGENCY VISIT WHEN THEY DON'T EVEN CHECK YOUR VITALS! See if your insurance offers virtual visits - it will be a fraction of the cost. SHAME on this clinic for billing how they do.. if I wasn't in the medical coding field, I would have had no way to know I was being robbed.

EVERY TIME THEY RUN A AD FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS ON SALE THIS STORE NEVER HAS ANY OF THE ITEMS LISTED ON SALE AND THE ASSOCIATES DON'T EVEN HELP TRYING TO LOCATE THE ITEMS TO HELP YOU. WILL STICK WITH WALMART. AT LEAST THERE THEY TRY TO GELP YOU

I would give a big fat zero if I was able. Last Friday, I was and still am very ill. The Nurse Practioner at the St Rd 54 location was so awful to me. Snapped at me because I wasnt able to breath normally because of my respiratory issues, snapped at me when she took my height and snapped at me for other things. Lied on visit summary online saying I am 5'3. I am 5'5. Said I was morbid obese that is a lie. I don't like to talk about having a thyroid problem that is a result of my weight gain not calories. She hurt my feelings so badly. She is ignoring my portal emails. I want that deleted in the my chart summary visit portal. The meds she gave me aren't working either. Refused to treat my ear which has been closed for 3 weeks. I am in agony. Don't deserve this hell.

Calista was so friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me find a similar product to a product that I like that is being discontinued.

This is my go-to place for everything Walgreen's. I had a bad experience with a COVID-19 vaccination at the Walgreen's on Little Road. This one has better service at their pharmacy.Yesterday I dropped off a pre-stamped FedEx package at the photo department area. The young man was nice.I highly recommend this location.

This pharmacy is absolutely the WORST! Although they have been our primarily pharmacy for the last 9 years, I cannot deal with their incompetency anymore. They constantly "loose" the filled prescription. They literally called me yesterday asking when I'll pick up my meds, I go there, and they say they can't find it and that I need to come back. I give them 2 days, they call again saying I need to pick up my medication ASAP or they will cancel it. So I leave the house to go get it, and show up at the pharmacy counter for them to tell me again, they don't know where it is!!!! Then why call me!!???!! This has literally happened 4 times in the last 2 months! Every time it has to do with them unable to find the filled prescription. Completely incompetent.

If there was a zero I would have put that the pharmacy department in particular employee named Kristy was rude and nasty to my husband and myself when we tried to fill a prescriptions. When you feel terrible the last thing you want to do is deal with a person with a bad attitude we will never use this pharmacy again we will go somewhere else we got our perscription it was sent around 5pm terrible service we called to see if it was ready Miss nasty Kristy said it's not ready yet because we have to answer unnecessary calls from people don't call back we will text you around 10 we called to check on status the recording said it was filled but no text was sent still today no text from Kristy we went and picked it up after 10pm we will never use this store again
