The Pharmacist at this location was extremely rude and unprofessional toward me. I believe he has an issue with people that are prescribed certain types of medications and he sure did let his feelings be made known about that to me on that particular day. I was extremely surprised and shocked by the way he spoke to me, especially when I had not done or said anything to see this coming. This was the second time he has spoken to me with disrespect. He was alone working the drive through at the end of the night, I don't know if this helped him to say whatever he felt like he wanted to. I ended up filing a complaint because I don't want myself - or ANYONE else to be treated like this again. Something should be done about him. He's in a position of trust where what he does and says MATTERS. I was in there again yesterday and heard him speaking similarly to other customers. I'm surprised this is allowed to continue. UPDATE: As of October of 2023 I was informed that this person is no longer working there. I'm relieved to say that the people in the pharmacy always treat me with respect and kindness.

This is purely a review of their pharmacy & not the general store. I was worried when my "Mom & Pop" pharmacy was bought by Walgreens that I wouldn't receive the same personal service, but so far they have put me at ease! Their service has been really good overall. They even informed me about all the other vaccinations I was due for & asked if I wanted to schedule them after I asked about getting my booster shot there instead of the CVS I'd originally gone to. They said no problem & I was scheduled for the next day! I also got all the other vaccines I was past due for although I still need to go in for the other half of some. I know because they called & informed me just the other day! Other than them not having a med I needed on the day I needed it the second month I've had top notch service & even that they told me from now on they'd be sure to have my meds in stock for the time of my appt. I definitely recommend this Walgreens pharmacy!

I live in Hudson but drive to this one in NPR because of the excellent and professional pharmacy service. I need a special medication for my child and they make sure they always have it. Keep up the good work and thanks!

The staff is extremely rude. While Preparation of hurricane Dorian they received a shipment of water. I loaded 4 cases (2 for me and 2 for my mother who doesn't have a car and can't drive). The two Hispanic women one named Santia were absolutely belittling. Once they said it was 2 cases per customer, I waited for my gf to get there so she could purchase the other 2 my family needed. First, there can't be maximums during a state of emergency but I didn't say anything. I waited in the store for my gf and struck up a conversation with someone there. One of the women said out loud "Don't be striking deals with anyone!" Which wasn't the case. Once my gf got to the store we proceeded to check out. The cashier (Santi) said "I will let this one slide because I know she isn't purchasing the water." It was girlfriends credit card we were using. We are a paying customer that are playing within their rules. To receive treatment as that was very unfair. As we left I said "Thanks for the hard time during this" as she replied "No problem, anytime." Does anyone feel that was customer service? I wish I remember the other lady's name to warn others.

Worst drug store I have ever been to this wall greens refuse to give a prescription because they said we went to other Walgreens and are at their record show we go to another wall greens which we've only gone to different wall greens and never gone to a specific one so they refuse to fillet I really think no matter what they say their prices at this one which most wall greens are ridiculously overpriced this one had a good RX that said they were more reasonable than the other wall greens but now I will never go to another wall greens as long as I live I don't care what they have if it was free these people should be shut down and the government should not deal with them anymore if they can't fill prescriptions without making you go through thousands of hoops I could have filled his prescription at Publix without any problem unfortunately Publix would've taken me several days because they don't stock things

The pharmacy as a pharmacy: Fantastic. One pharmacy technician? Horrible. I deal with this Walgreens at least four times monthly. Most of the staff are great. But Sarah? Why is she always salty? Even my husband noticed when he has gone without me to pick up scripts for our daughter. You don't work behind a desk, you interact with people, PUT A SMILE ON YOUR FACE! I mean, when you're sick, do you really want to deal with people who can't check their attitude at the door? As far as the other staff go, fantastic, one lady knows my daughter and I so well, if I pick up meds, she asks if we need flavoring, I mean they're great. Salty Sarah, I could do without. And since Salty Sarah has become the face of the service they give, it's a two star.

Great pharmacy! They are quick and accurate here. The store is always clean and well stocked with everything. They have a large selection of beauty and health products. They even sell toys! The pharmacy staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
