They don't honor GoodRx prices. I went to pick up a prescription and they wanted to charge me double what the GoodRx price was. I transferred the script to CVS where they did honor the advertised GoodRx price.

If there were zero stars that’s what I would give it! The pharmacist is the rudest person who lacks customer service She doesn’t even answer the phone but just hits hold numerous times She also doesn’t order medication that’s been ordered by the doctor. She also LIES and says that she doesn’t run out of meds. It’s her job to stay on top of medications that her patients need and doctors order. This is the pharmacy that is closest to me so I give it a try every 6 months to see if it gets any better…nope……still sucks!! That’s why I drive to the Palm Harbor location and will be following up with corporate.

The pharmacist is absolutely the rudest woman I’ve ever encountered. Never had problems here before but will not be using this pharmacy anymore.

Pharmacist manager is so completely rude. Hung up on me when I was asking about my life saving medicine. Then the manager of the store hung up on me when I tried to tell them. Didn't even get to speak a word to the manager of the store before they hung up.

A pharmacy associate by the name of Charles refused to serve or help my Mom today. Charles simply saw that my Mom was getting a pain killer and profiled her as a drug user/dealer and told her repeatedly to "go back to CVS."My Mom went through five spine surgeries back in 2017. She was bedridden for a year, couldn't work, and has only been walking by herself for a year now. I understand the concerns about these pain killers and those that abuse them, but there is a right and wrong way to handle this, and Charles chose to shoo my Mom away. Didn't look up her information to see that she's been going there for years, just told her to "go back to CVS" and made my Mom more distraught over all of this.The only good thing Charles did was to give her prescription back. She, indeed, "went back to CVS." They filled it in less than an hour. To top it off, Walgreens was apparently overcharging her for this medication this whole time. I highly recommend following Charles' suggestion and "go to CVS" instead of here.

A guy named Dave helped me tonight, i had a, let's say printer issue and he was awesome. Lol so awesome in fact that i called the walgreens back to ask for his name so i could write this review. 10/10 customer service rating for dave. Also this is the first review i have ever written so, i never write reviews but dave rocks.
