Review of the Labcorp inside of this Walgreens. I had bought a test from the Labcorp website on Thursday May 11th, 2023 and then called the contact number on the Labcorp website and scheduled a 9am appointment for Tuesday May 16th, 2023 at this Labcorp facility inside of the Walgreens. I received a confirmation email, as well as, a schedule request number and appointment number. I show up at 9am and check in at the kiosk and wait patiently. About 30 minutes later, I ask the lab tech about how long until my name will be called because I had a 9am appointment and have been waiting for over 30 minutes (I showed her my confirmation email). She told me that she didn't have an appointment for me in their system, but will have someone look into it. About 15 minutes later I still have not heard back from any of the lab techs. I walk back up to the Labcorp door and ask if they found anything. She told me someone is looking into it (but how long does it really take to look into something of this matter). I then ask to speak to the person "looking into this". The lab tech brings me into their room and ends up calling their Labcorp headquarter's number and then hands me the phone. I explain the situation, give my schedule request number, and the lady on the phone says she will have my orders for the test "sent right over". In my head, this should take maybe like 5-10 minutes. I wait back in the waiting area and 40 minutes go by, still no word from any of the lab techs. It's 10:40am now. I advised the lab techs earlier that I was going to have to leave for a work meeting at 11am so I tell them again at 10:40am. I come back after my work meeting at 11:45am and ask the lab techs if they have received my test order papers yet, still nothing received. I ask the lab techs if they could call their Labcorp headquarter's back and see what is going on. I wait 10 minutes and no word from the lab techs. I call the customer service number for Labcorp and the guy that answered (David Orzoff) was the same guy who scheduled my appointment last Thursday. David asks me to hand the phone to one of the lab techs. David gets the email and fax number of the lab techs and emails/faxes my test order forms over in 5 minutes (David Orzoff was very helpful). They finally get my order forms around 12:10pm (over 3hrs after my original scheduled appointment time). I wait patiently for them to call my name, but they keep calling other people's names one after another. I wait 30 minutes and my name is still not called. I ask the lab tech when they will call my name and she says "I have other appointments I have to get to"... I've been waiting for almost 4hrs and she tells me she has other appointments first (people who have been waiting for like 5 minutes). Finally, around 1:10pm they call my name and I get my test taken care of (my test was a simple swab and took like 10 minutes to be completed). I finally leave the Labcorp around 1:30pm, over 4 hrs past my 9am appointment time. Even though I was very upset, and I mean very very upset, I remained calm and understanding through this whole frustrating situation. Yet, there was no apology or empathy given towards me through this whole encounter. Not to mention, I was there with my 1.5 year old son this whole time trying to entertain him inside of a Walgreens. I am very very disappointed with the service and wish I could rate it lower than 1 Star.

My wife and I were vacation - visiting Florida from New York. My wife had urgent prescription needs. The entire pharmacy staff went ABOVE & BEYOND to help! Friendly, courteous, and quickly responsive. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars - I would!

I always encounter friendly staff. I'm a bit disappointed in the lack of products on shelves. I shop with WG ap so I go for the coupon items, and they seem to be out, all the time! What good is saving money if there is no product to buy??? I was very pleased with the photos I bought, via app, they can't out great and very reasonably priced, will be doing this more often from now on!

Every time I come by here to purchase my insulin syringes the pharmacist looks me up and down and bases his decision on my parents I can already tell because every other Walgreens never has a problem filling my prescription nor using my ID which says I'm insulin-dependent.

So disappointed in your customer service and the procedures your following during this pandemic. I was there at 9:15 this morning and was told a truck was there but not being unloaded till 10:00 by 10:15 another customer went and spoke to someone who worked there and was told they are not sure why people are lined up waiting in the toilet paper aisle waiting because they may not unload the truck till the afternoon. WTF??!!!! First of all , management should have had the common decency to come speak to us personally (or at least announce it over the intercom) but to make people stand there for over an hour and not do your best to unload the truck right away is completely ridiculous! Walgreens, you have really shown us who you are as a company and how you operate during this time of need and compassion. I will never step foot in any of your stores ever again!!! You are sadly miss-managed!

This Walgreens it's just Walgreens drop off your prescription pick it up you're in and out the staff is a little older and very friendly and talkative. From the outside it looks open because the lights are on inside and out but the hours are 8 AM to 9 PM Monday through Friday Saturday they close at nine and Sunday they close.

I will not use their pharmacy again! The pregnant female pharmacist was condescending and rude!! I forgot a coupon at home, so I called my husband and got the numbers for it~ Well I guess punching in the code was too much work for her to do!?! She reluctantly put them in and said something snarky to the male pharmacist in charge..... together they laughed! Just WIERD!!

I know- this location has some poor reviews- BUT- I have to say, they are so helpful in the pharmacy! I have zero prescription benefits until I hit my huge deductible and pay far too much for no coverage and my prescriptions are plentiful and expensive! Oh- and necessary. So I popped into my old doc and headed to Walgreens. Years ago I had paid for a prescription plan through Walgreens- and it helped cover the gap between my insurance and the costs- so I was about to ask about it again when the pharmacist suggested it! She took the time to see how much savings on just one drug (out of 6) and just the first one she grabbed would save the cost of the program! Done- sign me up! We opted for the family plan- $30 so hubby and I could both access savings & just that day saved me OVER $500. I kid you not! My Walgreens back in Jax never takes the time to help, so I am very pleased I grabbed everything back where I used to live! Well worth it!

This may be the worse store I have ever been to. The Pharmacist is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I just had surgery on my stomach and needed to get a few Rx filled. The pharmacist refused because I was not using my "home" store. When I told her I was staying with family to help me she still refused. I called the manager and he only hung up on me. Most unprofessional group I have ever seen. This was not even the first time. The day before I went in the store and needed bandages. The same person refused to show me where they were. Just said over there. I went to the publix around the corner and they filled all my Rx in like 15 mins with no issues.

Slow service, insulting staff and they fail to put in correct information nearly every pick up. Any other Walgreens does these task fine.
