I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN! I bought a 2022 Atlas from their dealership. They had left an offer for the car at $33,000. When we went there they had said such an offer does not exist, although it was on their website. When they checked they were surprised to see it. Long story short we bought the car from them after hours of negotiating, and they refused to own up to the terms of their offer. After we bought the car, a couple of months later a recall was issued to all of the 2022 Volkswagen Atlas by VOLKSWAGEN, for a ENGINE DEFECT issue that was being a major issue with the car. And a bout a month before we had a major engine issue with that car that was "fixed" under the warranty and everything functioned as it should. Then after we recieved the recall paper stating that our vehicle was part of the defection, we took it back, and after it was inspected we were told that the car is perfectly fine. Later the engine light came on for a second and third time. They had assured me that they fixed the car... but the issue continued. When it was taken to them a couple of days ago, they had told us that there was a factory DEFECT of the engine in the car, and it could take a couple of months or weeks for the part to arrive. After I told them that I use the car to pay for my bills, and I ride uber with it, we had been sold a lemon and they stated that they could do nothing. After a while of talking they said they can sell me ANOTHER CAR AND and I would have to put down a new downpayment, and basically buy a brand-new car, with all of my money down the drain along with the car. This is absolutely ridiculous, and this being a factory issue this should be fixed by the dealer as this car is a lemon, and they refuse to help, except with ways to screw me over more to help make them money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!

This place is run by a bunch of baboons!!! I had a coolant leak in September 2022. My car was less than one year old. When I came for my appt, they said they could not service my car because they did not have a certified technician available. Isn't that something you should've verified when you made my appointment? Fast forward three months when they can finally get me in. The coolant leak now turned into a blown head gasket. They kindly put me into a loaner car, but kept giving me excuses regarding parts and unavailability of tools. 6 1/2 months later I can pick up my car. I asked them to wash and vacuum the car got there and the car was dirty inside. Just plain ridiculous!!!!

Wife bought a new '23 Atlas - it had an issue with the in car cellular capabilities, they swapped her into a loaner while part was on back order. Fast forward two weeks later - I take my '20 Tiguan in to trade for new. Enter Teresa, Teresa is nothing short of what a salesperson should be. She was attentive, knowledgeable and not pushy. She was very personable in conversation with my wife. We even returned the loaner and swapped the '23 Atlas for a '24. Walked out with two cars that day. Teresa is a true asset to the dealership.

TO START OUT WITH, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR DEALER QUALITY SERVICE WORK, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. On Jan 21, 2023, I brought my 2015 Passat SEL TDI (87909miles) in for a campaign on the emissions system and for them to diagnose a coolant leak. Their tech could not find a leak and will diagnose more when parts arrive for campaign. I returned the car on Feb 14 for them to perform the campaign work. On April 3rd I received a call stating my car is complete and ready for pick up. I raised the hood and found numerous issues; two electrical connectors broke and silicone back together, clip missing for DEF lines, hold down bolts missing for DEF lines, all wires/ electrical harness dangling on fire wall with firewall clips missing, heat shield cover for differential pressure sensor zip tied and snaps broke, and the new NOX sensor electrical harness was not secured. I would not accept the car and received the loaner vehicle again. I went back to the dealer 2 additional times to pick up the car and found things missing. So again, I would not take the vehicle. I spoke to service manager and he was not very helpful as he stated; he's not sure the repair process of a broken connector (which I said the repair that was done cannot be VW certified repair) Kevin went above and beyond and out of his way to send me pictures with the hood opened to see if I saw anything wrong so I did not have to waste a trip driving to the dealer. On April 18th, I brought the car home, jacked it up to inspect the underside. I could smell an exhaust leak. Inspected the new emissions components they installed and found the exhaust clamp was not installed correctly and leaking and there was a bolt holding the EGR cooler to the block missing. (Since it's a diesel that regenerates it creates a lot of exhaust heat and that was just going out under the car and was a possible fire hazard) I returned the car immediately to them. I told the dealer I am picking up our u haul on April 27th and moving to north Florida on the 28th and our car needs to be done by then and they would look at the coolant issue again (. I spoke to Aaron the sales manager, who is another person to help solve these issues. I spoke to him about all the times I came up, showed him numerous pictures. On April 28th, 1 hour away from driving the U-Haul to North Florida, Aaron went to the shop and facetimed me while the car was on the lift. They fixed the exhaust leak, and I pointed out the bolt and Aaron said they will replace the bolt before you get here. I overlooked the car with Aaron, and he told me to give him the bill for U-Haul for all the issues I had, and they would cover it. I drove the car to North Florida to our home and out to Jacksonville twice for work. I had to add coolant on both trips the car has been sitting for roughly a month due to coolant leak (91321miles). If you have your vehicle in for service work, please be careful and overlook your car. I WILL NEVER BRING MY VEHICLE THERE again for warranty or regular cash work and I would not recommend this shop for repairs. On a positive note, Kevin and Aaron are two awesome folks that really put customers first and want to have customer satisfaction. Kevin especially helped me throughout the whole deal and went out of his was to get my car washed and sending me countless pictures to save me trips going to the dealer. I would recommend Kevin and Aaron over and over but as for their service department, I would recommend elsewhere.

I am apoplectic! Overlooking the fact that my car is less than three years old and I am having to take it in to get the tint repaired on the back window, the service I have received from this dealership is horrendous.I had to wait a month for an appointment (because they weren’t capable of providing that service), and when I took it in two weeks ago, I was informed that they ‘don’t have a tint guy’. (When I got there for my standing, month-long, scheduled appointment). They also refused to fix the seat a second time, saying it is ‘wear and tear’—even though it’s newer than the car, because I have already had issues with that seat.Conveniently; however, the battery in my less than three year old, new Beetle—which had given me exactly zero problems…not even a flicker on the battery light—completely and thoroughly died while they were NOT repairing the back window a week ago—the last time I took a morning off and dropped it off for a scheduled appointment they were incapable of honoring.Regardless, I am more than reasonable, but had to make multiple calls to follow up.Last week, they finally gave me a second appointment for this morning. When I arrived at the dealership at 8:30 (on the SECOND morning I took off from work to drop my car off), they told me they cannot do it, and that I have to take it into the original dealership.I have now taken it into this dealership twice (with an appointment for the same issue), and now I’m being told it’s not some thing they will fix? (So much for bumper to bumper).Incidentally, I get my oil changed at this dealership regularly, and have been in several times for required maintenance. So this dealership doesn’t mind working on my car when they are grossly overcharging me, but apparently, honoring the contract is slightly above them (and they clearly aren’t competent enough to remain fully staffed, or adequately communicate with their customers). This is what VW has become? Sad.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Bought a used Ford 2018 fusion from this dealership, 92000 miles, no negative carfax reports, and no check engine light, yet 10k miles later the the transmission seized while driving. Previously owned Fusion lasted 315k miles w/o any transmission problems. No check engine light yet the Ford dealer I had it towed to showed almost 50 cleared codes. Fortunately for this dealership, the Ford mechanic cleared them to find the ones related to the transmission so my hope of legal action are moot. The Volkswagen dealership also told me they would transfer my plate from the car I was scraping to this one yet charged me for a new plate and told me to use the one I thought was transfered. Fortunately I wasn't pulled over during the time I was unaware I had the wrong plate, when a new plate arrived in the mail I went to the DMV and was told the dealership did not transfer the plate but instead issued a new one costing me a couple of hundred more on my loan.

I purchased my used car Oct 29, '22. Today is Feb 22, '23. I still don't have my tags/title. I have called dozens of times and constantly told 'we r working on it'. Spoke to several people over the months and now they aren't even calling me back. I think they sold me a car they did not have the title to. I can't imagine what else would keep them from sending in the paperwork. This is my only vehicle and I need the damn tags! I even left a message for the general manager, Pat Moss, and I didn't get a call back. Very frustratEd and angry. I went to a dealership and paid their price just to ensure I wouldn't have a problem like this.

VW of NPR is a good dealership to go through. Just bought an Atlas from them and Josh, Karen and Iwona were all so great to deal with. If you're in the market and something catches your eye here you have to come to VW of NPR!

Since I drive a VW and I can't take my car to a mom and pop garage because those businesses don't provide loaners when your car needs extensive or extended work, I am forced to deal with VW dealers. VW of NPR is a fairly reliable business, but they have a shortage of labor and if you have to wait in their reception area, be certain to bring a book or another means of amusing yourself while they work on your car. I had an air bag sensor issue and it took more than three hours to fix. I wasn't in the best mood. It was the Christmas season and this lemon Passat had already had a problem with another air bag sensor fifteen months before. There are four of them, so I can already calculate the odds of having to fix the other two. I have dropped $500 on each one. Make certain to ask for discounts, and if you have an issue with their pricing, speak up. Sometimes they will "find" discounts if they sense you may walk.

Volkswagen had my brand new car for almost 2 months. When I went to pick it up it was dirty and sand inside in the walls to where I had to pick up my floormat and clean it out myself once the service manager heard he offered me to come back and have it detailed. I called over 5 times to set up a time and got blown off. Once I made contact with him he gave me the worse attitude. I am a disable veteran and a first responder. I will never buy a VW and never use VW of NPR. The service manager Jon did not want to be bothered. I do not recommend this store.

Connor is the worst finance person ever. He is unresponsive to concerns. He made an error in all of our paperwork but will not get in contact with us to help with the correction. What was a decent experience has turned into a nightmare.

This was the best experience we have had at a dealership buying a new car. Our sales reps Teresa and Pete were both great to work with, as well as the sales manager. We would 100% working with them at this dealership, and would buy there again.
