Overcharged for service by a very large amount. I checked prices after I left and found they charged $1,250 for the same job others charged $800!! Upon return of vehicle, more problems arose then I had for the entire 6 years I owned the vehicle! When I confronted them, they said it was just coincidence the issues happened right after they returned it.

Do not go to this place for service unless you are going to watch them do the work. Of course I got the ole this business was sold and this is an issue to take up with the previous owner. Absolutely poor customer service. I'm disappointed but there are thousands of other companies to go to

I had a hole in my tire so I took to to Tuffy's. They not only took me in as soon as they opened, but I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes and still made it to work on time! Thanks Joe for all your help!

John was very helpful and friendly from the moment he answered the phone. He was helpful, honest, and trustworthy. I will definitely be taking my daughter's car here for any future repairs. I would highly recommend this location.

Dropped my car off at 9 am to have an oil change and have 2 new tires (which I brought) put on. Told me it would be at least 2 hours. I call 4Hours later to check on it they tell me 1 more hour. I show up one hour later and it's not even started and they tell me "well idk who you talked to you on the phone that said that it be an hour" ... you mf it was you I talked to

While at the Tuffy NPR location the other day, another customer came in with a tire leak issue. The mechanics identified the problem as rust on the rim damaging the seal with the tire's tube. They cleaned up the rust, created a smooth edge, and sent the customer away happy. No charge. With employees like this, you can trust Tuffy. They are honest. The prices are fair. They do good work. They got me in without an appointment. I will be pleased to go back for any work in the future.

It's hard to find a car repair shop that is honest these days so I am so grateful and happy I have found it here at Tuffy. The manager Bill is straight forward and honest and has a great sense of humor. My car was fixed correctly and I am extremely happy to be on the road again in a very timely matter.

My daughter needed brakes in February. They tore the car completely down and then said it was going to cost 3,000. She had no choice since they wouldn't put it back together so she could go somewhere else. It has been squeaking and squealing ever since. Today we found out out from a reputable mechanic that the left brake was put on wrong and also had a piece missing. This was a "mistake" that could have cost my daughter and anyone else on the road dearly. Stay away from this place....they always have an excuse!

Went into the Tuffy on Little Road in New Port Richey waited for 10 minutes. I came back an hour later and said I had been waiting earlier they said yeah we saw you on videos about 2 minutes that was the ignorant response I got why don't you come out and help me then worst customer service ever and very ignorant individuals working there would not recommend to others

I'm a woman alone who has encountered dishonesty and liars in other places I've taken my vehicle to.... Some even earn your trust.... To screw you later.... But I can say HONESTLY I've found a good place for my vehicle that isn't trying to get in my purse... And they saved me by telling me my tires were defective while changing my oil. Great group of guys, thanks Tuffys!!!! I will only be going here.
